I was in Pagosa for a vacation recently and found this lovely dispensary. On the two different occasions I dropped by, the customer service and friendliness was consistent. I wish I would’ve gotten the reps names but they were amazing. The managers special was a helluva deal, considering the quality. If I’m ever in the area or if friends tell me they’re heading to Pagosa, I will highly encourage them to stop here!
Super friendly and helpful staff and walked out feeling like I got the deal of a life time! Will definitely go back next time I visit!
Loved the place, product and atmosphere! But the staff was not very friendly.. maybe they could tell were not locals and had lots of questions.. very short visit , got the feeling we were a bother to them so we went on our way.

We come to Pagosa multiple times a year and have never had better customer service than with Nathan. This guy, is Rad. Deep knowledge with everyday descriptors that keep things simple. Best experience hands down!
Stopped in here during our week vacation. Were sold an expired item and one that did not work. When we returned upon realization, the employee kindly exchanged our items. Overall okay experience and sweet employees.
