Sassy's Closet is the areas largest re-sale clothing & accessories store for the entire family. We take pride in the quality of the store and our clothing selection. We are always looking for name brand and/or modern style clothing appropriate for the current season.
Consignment & Buyout Guidelines
1. Clothing should be seasonal, current style, no more then two years old. Freshly laundered, free of animal hair, stains, tears, missing buttons, etc. and in ready to wear condition.
2. Sassy's Closet has the right to donate any items found unacceptable after the items have been accepted for consignment without notification.
3. The consigned items will be reduced to 25% off after 30 days, and 50% off the last consignment month.
4. It is the customers responsibility to pull any unsold items during the final month of consignment before their written outdate. Any items not pulled will become the property of Sassy's Closet.
5. Sassy's Closet WILL NOT be responsible for items lost due to fire, theft, damage, or any other cause.
SASSY'S CLOSET PAYOUT RULES
1. Consignor receives 40% of the final selling price (less sales tax and buyers fee.) All prices will be set by Sassy's Closet and reductions for promotional sales and seasonal items may be taken at any time.
2. Money on your account is payable the 10th through the 20th each month for the previous months sales. After the 20th it will be rolled over and paid out the following month.
3. If your account has $30.00 or more, a check will be written upon pick up. A $1.00 fee will be deducted from the payable amount.
4. If your account is between $10.00 and $29.99, you will be paid cash.
5. If there is less than $10.00 on your account, it can be used as in store credit at any time or it will remain on your account to accumulate.
6. Any money left on your account over 1 year from the consignment date will be removed.
