Horrible!!!! Do Not Do Business with this company. The owner Jesse is deplorable!
The guys that did my install were not only not late but early! They were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It has only been a few days but so far everything is going well and I would definitely recommend!
My installer was on time to the minute. My installation time was set between 2pm -4pm He came at 2pm on the dot. He was very polite and completely knowledgeable and completed the installation as required. I am very happy and hope to have a great business relationship with Satellite Central. I am happy so far to be away from Cable 1 now Sparklight! Thank You

I had them come to my home to update the Dish Network system. Everything went exactly as Jessie explained over the phone. Joel the installer was on time , He even called ahead to make sure I was able to keep the appointment. Joel was very polite and professional, he offered to remove his shoes because they had snow on them. He also called Dish Network on my behalf to help me receive a discount I qualified for and didn't even know about.
Luis was a champion. I just moved into this house and didn’t understand where all the cables were or how it all worked. He stuck around and figured it all out and was friendly the whole time. I’m sure he didn’t plan on it taking quite that long but you would have never known. It’s great to work local, because if I need him I can ask for him by name.
The service person was very competent as well as kind and friendly. I had been trying to get the problem with my cable resolved for months, and he was able to find the problem, make corrections and be on his way is a very short time. Very pleased.
The technician's showed up and got all the work done and showed me some things about the cool features. So i got up this morning and turned on the tv and nothing was working. So come to find out they forgot to put the smart card in the receiver. i would definitely appreciate if somebody would come back out TODAY to get this taking care of
The installer was polite , carefull not to damage anything, ask about our system if there were any spliter, show us how to operate the tv,explained the contract, and gave me copies. Very satisfied. .
Joel did a great job setting up our DISH. He was very friendly and worked quickly! I would definitely recommend it!
