For the past week this place has been closed. No one answers the phone and the gate is locked. We store our trailer here and can’t go on a planned trip because they just decided to hold our trailer hostage. We have also had break ins with thousands of dollars of equipment stolen and the owner won’t even follow up with a call. Avoid at all costs.

I have been using Sav-On Storage facility for about 2 or 3 years now.  The staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel like family.  They have excellent customer service and Betty is always willing to resolve any issues quickly to better suit your needs.  They have the best prices in town and multiple sized units I think we have moved around to every size they have.  They even have units that have a front door and double rear doors.

Manager Betty gave me a wonderful experience with excellent customer service. She explained things simply but still with a personal touch. Exactly the type of person I like to do business with. she really went the extra mile out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

It's a field, just to be clear...This " field" provides a valuable service to many. Well groomed, Not trashy, and location, location, location... I don't know the rates, I will ask my client who does.

I just bought a new trailer. I called around and had some trouble finding a spot to store it. Everyone was full except one. Sav-on storage. Unlike their name they are the most expensive in the area. It is a gravel lot on a side road between Fairfield and Vacaville. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very nice and said she would write my name down to come in the next few days. That's where the "good" experience ended. I was treated when I came in the door by an angry heavyset girl who asked if I was there to pay. Not hello, not good morning. No greeting. Are you here to pay. When I explained that I was there to rent a spot she had a complete meltdown. She was angry, she cursed her mother for doing this on her day. Then she told me if I came back after lunch she'd be nicer because she was starving. The place reeked of pot as well, so I am sure I know why she was starving. All of this and I was fighting the urge to flee because of the need to store this trailer. Then she asks for my registration. Well when you buy a new trailer you don't get a registration. You get a temp tag. She would hear none of it. I would never recommend anyone coming to a business like this. I guess I know now why they have vacant spaces.

This place is very affordable compared to other storage facilities in the area. It's very well kept and the lady that runs it is funny. I like enjoyed seeing the goats, too. :

Cheapest place in town. The manager takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment. The only reason to go somewhere else is if you want to pay more.

Nice and friendly atmosphere, it's a country style storage, plenty of size units, covered parking and rv un-covered parking, best prices in town

Very spacious location, accessible from main roads.  Great Customer Service.
