Dealt with them for 8 years and spent about $30,000. Last week, they delivered $3,500 of lumber to the wrong site, after ignoring my instruction to call first so I could show them where to offload. They said it was my fault, refused to help, and so at 69 years old, I have had to move 190 pieces of lumber 200 yards to start my job. Customer service at its VERY WORST!! Your whole business is only as good as your last mistake, plus and your attitude today.
Came here to try and apply for a job but once I entered the office I left, the entire office smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Never walked into a business that allowed their employees to smoke indoors, I will not be coming back here for a job and I will not ever purchase anything from here because everything smells like cigarette smoke
Great place to shop local. Support your local team's
Horrible customer service skills. It amazes me that in this day and age anyone in retail can afford to disregard a potential long term customer as though they do not matter, my presence at this store was apparently a huge inconvenience to the employees and manager. I will never be back. Save some headache and take the longer drive to Lowe's, where you have better selection and are treated like a human being.
Helpful staff, but usually 50/50 on actually having what I'm looking for. I try to stop here first locally before defaulting to the big box stores to give them a chance.
Deserves no stars! Sent husband after some lumber for a project and he needed straight lumber with no cracks or spilts. He asked a bunk to be opened, since the lumber wasn't even usable and the lumber guy was extremely rude. He went back in to get the money back. What he thought was the manager was rude and wasn't in a hurry to fix the problem. So I called to speak with a manger and it was the owner that was rude! I tried talking to him explaining what happened. He said what we were asking for is impossible. I told him we can get quality lumber at Lowe's and he told me to go there and hung up on me. Don't spend your money here. This is why small businesses go out of business to the big box stores. If I had an issue like this, Lowes would have jumped to get me what I needed. This is true values lost, we had planned to use them for some remodeling work to the house. Now we will go the extra distance to Lowes. So sad, That when you try to support small local businesses that they can treat you like that.
