Watch the sunrise from the covered front porch then move inside to the open kitchen/breakfast/sitting area with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame a broad expanse of landscape and wildlife. Prepare breakfast in the upscale kitchen with large counter space to accommodate a team of family cooks. Enjoy eating in the scenic breakfast area or move to the formal dining room with a 12-seat antique table.
Relax poolside on the covered patio with cozy sitting area and additional table seating for 12, while the kids play in a wooded area nearby, complete with 8’ x 10’ “clubhouse”, elevated tree house and a kid-sized zip line. Take a short walk to the pond and enjoy casting a few lines from the banks using kid and adult fishing gear provided. Take a turn at “orienteering” through the woods to spot wildlife, made welcome through the ranch’s “Wildlife Management Program.” Wander by the barn and say hello to the ranch’s horse and barn cats.
When the fun shifts indoors, enjoy three separate lounge/activity areas – all with large flat screen TVs, DISH and internet access for Netflix and Roku. The downstairs main living room has two full-sized recliner sofas with a large reclining rocker and is perfect for TV, movies or adult conversation. The upstairs loft has a sectional sofa and accommodates TV, movies or video game play (Playstation). The large downstairs game room is ideal for TV, movies or video game play ((Xbox) and is outfitted with a sofa, lounge chair, 4-seat side table, shuffleboard, doll house and play kitchen, along with shelves full of toys, crafts and board games for all ages.
The 4 ranch house bedrooms sleep 16 people, and an additional 2 guests can be accommodated on a memory foam sleeper sofa in the game room. Two upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and a trundle bed, while a third upstairs bedroom accommodates 6 with a queen bed, two bunk beds and travel crib (booster/high chair available as well.) A large master bedroom downstairs has a king sized memory foam mattress and spa-style bathroom.
