Ian Impacts continue! Filing complaint with Bar/Division of Lawyer Regulation! 58 days in on Hurricane Ian Insurance claim, Non-representation letter sent to me after assurances provided firm would handle claim have emails and texts and contacts with Insurance Companies. Many emails cc'd firm in, Adjuster issues, waived conflict, unsure if deadlines were let to lapse, no replacement counsel, injured my position, created severe burden and no attention to fiduciary duty. In my opinion, seriously lacking Legal Moral and Ethical guidance. Money over all. Tampa Bay Times would be interested in this human interest story given the personal upheaval and difficulties across the spectrum. Following submission to Press will exercise all avenues. Oh, and he has had my donated kidney in him for over 25 years, Mammon over family. Good luck with the Karma.
Left his cousin hanging out to dry with Insurance company. This cousin donated a kidney to him Savage and he carried it and was healthy for 25+ years, finished law school, had a family, and then this practice, then chose to not follow through with his representation of his cousin, and not even refer him to another attorney. Seems ethically suspect but then Shakespeare likely had a plan for Lawyers! He was probably writing of this type of lawyer, not all attorneys.
Best attorneys in town. Very knowledgeable explains everything from start to finish. I would not leave a review if I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that this firm has done for me . I would recommend anyone to this firm because I know they will be well taken care of . The reassurance of knowing you have an amazing attorney going at bat for you is the best feeling made everything very seamless. Thanks guys .

Rude unprofessional based on the name I should have known there are plenty of lawyers that have more experience and professional dont waste your time calling you will just get a rude reply seems more like they dont want clients and everything you ask they act like they dont know
I called to get information regarding my case. Robert hung up the phone and was very rude. Would not recommend this law firm.
