Just left this store and ive never felt so humiliated and embarrassed.  I go in there to get the 3 for 5 pepsis and a few other items. I get to the front and all the lanes except 1 are marked as closed, so I go to the one that says it's open and unload my cart.  After I unload the lady that's mopping then tells me "sorry this lane isn't open yet" so I start putting my stuff back in the cart to move to a different one, as I do so the lady at the register directly behind me then YELLS, literally YELLS at me that the sale for the soda doesn't start until Saturday.  I was honestly so shocked that I didn't know how to respond, I felt so humiliated and embarrassed. I didn't do or say anything wrong, I was rude to anyone, but here I am being yelled at and treated like I did do something wrong.  I was so shocked I just walked away and put my all my stuff back.  I didn't want to buy anything after being treated that way for no reason.  I knew there was a reason why I always hated shopping at save a lot and it's because of how rude and nasty the employees are. I've not been to a single save a lot that didn't have rude employees.  I don't care how good a sale is I'll be continuing to stick with Aldi's because the employees are always so much nicer and the quality of product is way better than save a lot as well .

My daughter and granddaughter just left the auburndale store the cashier yelled and embarrassed her so she left without purchasing her items we shop here all the time the regular cashier was mopping and even apologized to my daughter. I then called to talk to the store manager who started talking over me saying she was standing at the register when my daughter was there my daughter says she wasn't  I screenshot my call log I can send the screenshot I called back 8 times everytime she ended the call without answering I'm done I've shopped here for years never had a issue with the regular evening cashier I won't be going back and I will pass to everyone how rude the cashier was and the lady that said she was the manager was. I've worked in retail mgmt. for 14 years  the absolute  most unprofessional attitude ever!!!!

The manager of the store isn’t a nice person. He’s rude and disrespectful to anyone trying to help the community in the plaza. Whether they’re giving out free phones, signing people up for health insurance, or telling people about Jesus. Anybody trying to help the less fortunate community is gonna hear it from him. Additionally, I was told he aggressively woke up a homeless man by banging on a trash can and yelling at him the homeless man was peacefully sleeping in the plaza. I don’t know what goes on in his personal life, but it never hurts to be kind to people.

First time coming here and it would be the last. We stopped by in June, and the store was a major disappointment. Small, dingy and unclean. Flies buzzing around produce, bags of salad spoiled even if it was days before the printed best by date. I didn't know what to expect prior to shopping here, but now I know to stay away. There are other places nearby I'm much more likely to shop at. It's obvious to me by the spoiled salad and lettuce, insects flying around exposed fruits and vegetables that employees at this store just don't seem to care. I learned a lesson first time stepping through the door, and that was to stay away from this place. That would be my advice to you, as well.

Reasonably priced.  Store brands, well there are better.  Have some good sales.  Overall, I like Aldis a little better.

We're a local church called to just see if we could fundraise at this location. We found it rude and unprofessional for the manager to hand the phone over and shake his head no, which we found out through the employee because we had to call back I originally thought we got disconnected. The professional thing to do is decline or give an explanation on why we aren't able to, especially as a manager. We can take a no, but being rude isn't called for.

Great staff friendly people. Cheap prices meat was in great shape as well not looking bad. Clean store as well.  Bad photo but you can see a snid bit if in the picture.rihht beside tax collector office.

I might not always find what I'm looking for, but they have the best prices for what I do find!
