I have been going to this office for a few years. I recently had a cleaning with Carolina, she's very friendly and nice, I don't know if she doesn't have much experience but there were a few incidents with her that caught my attention. She had forgotten to take a complete set of x-rays so took the top set and I realized after she finished that she never put the protection on like she did for the bottom. I mentioned it to her and she said: "Oh I forgot, I lost my train of thought, but don't worry the X-Ray levels are nothing to worry about." While she was doing my cleaning, the doctor came in and startled her and she flushed the right side of my face and my nostril full of water. I mentioned it to her and she said thank goodness it's you, you are nice. The soaking of my face occurred 4 other times I kept on drying my face and neck, she saw me because she gave me paper towels to do so but she never bothered to apologize or even attempt to correct this. If I wanted a "bath" I would of gone elsewhere, not to the dentist. I didn't mention anything to anyone when I left because I expect the people working in the office should be professional and if they are in training then it would be nice for the patients to know so we can provide the appropriate feedback.
Love love love Dr Cody!!! Always so personable and professional! She really cares about her patients and is so honest.. a quality unfortunately hard to find with most dentists… Been a patient for a long time… wouldn’t go anywhere else!
The BEST BEST BEST, you can't get better. Dr. Cody, the famous M-a-r--i-a,, and staff. You know you are in competent hands and are in an at home environment. As far as that needle we all hate in our gums, that is why we post pone going to the Dentist our whole life. Dr. Cody takes the time to gently put a gel on your gums 10 minutes prior to the needle and you will NOT feel anything when she injects the needle. Can you imagine, I even made my appointment to go to my Dentist on my birthday! Thanks for the HAPPY BIRTHDAY DR. Cody and staff, lol...

Everybody there is always super nice. The facility is very clean. They are very thorough in the treatments.
I couldn't of picked a better Dentist. And I've been to a few in my time. Dr. Rappaccioli is really gentle and always has done beautiful work. Because of her I can Smile. Thanks
I think the dentist herself she was a little bit off with me base on her body language due to the fact that I was asking her about the deep clean and knowing I live out of state, when she suppose be happy knowing that I am willing to travel to her to get a deep clean done and stay in the state of fl to maintain it as well.
I have been going to Sawgrass Gently Dentistry since 2016, those people are friendly and good working. They always do a good job.
She didn’t even clean my teeth. And charged me for basically doing nothing. She is a Crook and is obviously desperate for Money. Do NOT Go Here!
