Saxbys Lehigh University

Saxbys coffee is a really cool place. I liked the sandwhich I had. The blueberry cobbler iced coffee was also a hit. The workers were nice, and the other people mostly college students were considerate. The space was open and comfortable. It's the perfect place to chat with friends or go to drink coffee and get work done. Parking: Parking is on the side of the road, yet easy to find.

While the food is great the service has been consistently slow. I have placed several online orders for a specific time. Despite the restaurant not being busy it will take an additional 20 to 30 minutes to complete the order. I think there are better options for breakfast in the area.Food: 5/5

Slow Service and seemingly uninterested and bored front desk staff … laughing and whispering to themselves…seemed annoyed to work the register … back room staff were the exception… completed food orders and coffee requests - but it’s the front staff that makes the experience of service memorable…. Sadly here this is not the case….

Good Cappuccino ~ friendly staff. But if a wait but they were super busy.

Good coffee place near Lehigh Campus. Bring a coat and mittens in hot weather because AC is way too cold, sustainable it is not.

Numerous vegan breakfast options that aren't just oatmeal or something lame. Actual burritos and sandwiches and stuff. Plant based milks are almond and oat. Super good prices for the vegan sandwiches.
