I came to Saylor for rehab after I had a new knee. They were very professional and caring from day one! Working with both Christine and Dawson was great. They were always encouraging even when I may not have been as confident in myself. They listened to my concerns and always made me feel good about how I progressed. Not only did they give me exercises to work on at home they gave me help with equipment ideas that I could purchase to help in my recovery. All of the therapists were very friendly and encouraging as well. I would recommend Saylor for sure!
I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder and prescribed physical therapy. I received an appointment with Dr Christine Fisher and headed off to my appointment. On my first visit she completed a thorough examination and discussed a treatment plan. Throughout my therapy, as my condition improved, she changed the home exercises I was doing to ensure continued improvement. After hitting a plateau she recommended a cortisone shot to help manage the pain. She was able to make a recommendation of a Dr to see, which simplified the process on my end. After the shot she was able to push my recovery even harder, getting my shoulder back to normal. Christine 'included' me in my ever changing treatment plan by continually asking questions and assessing increased movement. I feel very fortunate to have had Christine leading me through my rehab.
Christian has been amazing to work with. She has helped work around my crazy schedule both before and after my surgery. I have gone to other physical therapist in the past and they don’t even compare to her. She has an amazing amount of knowledge and been helping me have a better understanding of my recovery. There is always great conversation with her and all the employees. Christine and the rest of the staff always give a warm and welcome family vibe. Couldn’t ask for a better person to help me on my road to recovery.
I saw Charlie at Saylor Physical Therapy for 10 months following a car crash in Cornelius. He assisted me in the much needed therapy for my neck and shoulders. I am so incredibly satisfied with his service, support, guidance and healing. Always listened to what I was feeling and respected my pain and limitations. Josie, in the office, was very helpful and patient with all of my health insurance questions and solutions for those challenges. I have been coming here since getting shoulder surgery and have had an outstanding experience. The staff is both super knowledgeable and very social and friendly. Nicole Leskovec is absolutely fantastic. She’s helped me through several injuries and rotator cuff surgery. With her help, I am back! The openness and friendliness of Nicole, Amber, Josie and the entire group makes P.T. a pleasant experience.

I saw Charlie to rehab after a tib/fib break and he got me back to living my best life. I’ve been mountain hiking, climbing, whitewater tubing, ziplining, and I even went roller skating. I can do everything that I could do before my accident, maybe even a little bit more. Most of the time I forget that I was ever injured. Thanks, Charlie!
The entire staff is very friendly. Josie is your 1st contact on the phone and in the office. Very approachable and bubbly personality. Always helpful; goes above and beyond to help with questions and scheduling. Ashley H. was my PT. Wonderful personality, sets you at ease, reviews your needs and listens to your concerns and questions. Makes sure you are not experiencing pain resulting from the exercise. Shows care in how you feel throughout your session. Absolutely loved her as my therapist for my shoulder post op. I highly recommend her--you won't be disappointed!!! The facility has a happy feel to it. It's warm and welcoming. My overall experience is well over 5 stars
