Worst experience. Found hair on my pizza. When I bought it to the Store Managers attention, his response was “I’m not taking ownership of that. What do you want me to do about it?” Whoa. He took my receipt told ME to throw away the old pizza. When he made a new pizza, he looked up and stated, “ don’t come back” Daniel Wright is horrible. This is the second time hair was found in my food from this location. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. But to be threaded and talked down too is a no go. They don’t even have a working telephone number. All the other members of the staff were ok. If you don’t like your job, LEAVE. It’s not fair to treat paying customers this way.
I came in and both Rays were in there working there bits off. They were super friendly and customer service was on point. Love to see this kinda work these days and times.
Didn’t receive my order. 2 xl large pepperoni plus a Greek salad. Deliverer comes with 2 slices and drives off after I say that can’t be my order. Requested refund and was told very rudely that “ it’s good for you that you have your confirmation email plus statement of withdrawal and tracking of order email but I didn’t receive an order and can’t help you”! Paid, received nothing and when called, rude staff!
Historically good food and service. Today was beyond bad - pizza was soggy, luke warm and very oily. Was not reheated but was thrown right into a box and bag. When asked to reheat; was told nothing wrong with pizza and resolution by the rude yet childish “manager” was to toss it in the trash with no resolve, replacement or refund. Then stop talking and ask the prep cook to tell me to stop talking to her. She has no place in a leadership position or in a customer facing role.
not great! me and my friend went for lunch and the mac and cheese tasted like plastic and my stromboli had two pieces of pepperoni on it. $10 for ALL bread. his chicken bacon ranch pizza was also a 2/10.
I like the pizza but I’m disgusted at what I just witnessed. I’m glad I seen it before I paid. The pizza maker was making pizzas with no gloves stopping in between and texting on his phone. Phones are so disgusting that is beyond unsanitary. He didn’t see me standing behind him. It’s not only the fact that he was on his phone touching food but Nobody should be handling food without gloves it’s disgusting. I won’t be back ever.
It's a fair price for the amount of food you get. The portions for the slices are large and filling $8.62 total for a slice, a side salad, a drink, and a side of their garlic butter. My biggest complaint is that the croutons were soggy, perhaps wait until after the customer has ordered to add that to your salads? Also, the pizza was a little greasier than I normally like it, but some people prefer it that way
Coming from someone born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and currently living in the south. I was very very excited to see a Sbarros pizza store here. First, and foremost pizza looked like someone did jumping jacks on the box so that was crazy and then, the taste was extremely nasty. Salty Salty Salty… Should be illegal to call themselves Sbarros. Just make up a new pizza store name because I’m embarrassed for the Sbarros brand and name here in Augusta.
I love their breadsticks! I wasn't crazy with their pizzas, but they still good.
The guy working here named Daniel is very rude told my mom who’s elderly good luck next time when trying to buy breadsticks didn’t even offer to cook any or give the option to wait for them to bake and it’s 1:08 in the afternoon he just said these things happen well how about keep your kitchen better prepared. . When ordering he didn’t even give her time to order just rushed her and wasn’t very pleasant. People like this should stay home and not work and let those who are nice and actually want to deal with the public work.
