Highly Recommended! I'm active duty Air Force at Luke Air Force Base and military dental care does not include implants. I needed an Implant for my front tooth and Dr. Chang was so good! He was so professional! I loved the 15% off for military, it made a great difference! Thank you Dr. Chang for using my own blood to make bone tissue with Platelet Rich Fibrin. So super hi tech! I was impressed by how quickly it healed. I loved how professional the staff and Doctor was.

I was brought to this office by Dr. Chang or something. I specifically told them that I have a budget of 5000 for 1 ONE tooth for an implant. Dr. John said he would be able to do so for 4800. I paid 2800 for the first procedure. when I came back Dr. John bailed on my appointment because we went on vacation. Then the next three appointments he was a no show, and his staff who claim they have no idea about the correlation of services and charges told me I'd have to fork out a total of 4800 extra totaling over 7500 for ONE tooth. These guys are unprofessional, and are committing crimes for a switch n bait. I would have never proceeded with the services if i knew they would pull some carp like that.

This office is unprofessional. I was sent by a different doctor to this office. I first went seeking a dental implant and was mislead to believe it would be $4800. I had told them before that I had budgeted for $5000. Regardless the doctor mislead me and didn’t even bother to show up to his scheduled appointments 5 then to have is staff tell me to continue the implant I would need to pay an extra 4800 more on top of the 2800 I had already paid. The staff is coached to not know the relationship between costs and services. Please stay alway from DR JOHN. This place is a disgrace. DR John is a clown, who schedules appointments and doesn’t even show up?

Ultra-Professional! My Implant surgery was flawless. Dr Chang Estimated the cost and actually charged me 15% less because I'm a veteran. I'm so proud of my implant! Great staff, everyone was so courteous and professional! Perfect!

So glad I had my PST gum surgery done by Dr. Chang. Unlike my previous dentist, he is up to date on modern procedures. My second day - absolutely no pain. Actually, I had no pain the first day. Had three teeth done at the same time. Now I am ready for the rest of my teeth to be done, with no hesitation. Gum grafting is so old school. I am so glad to have Dr. Chang as my dentist!

Clearly best dentist in my 53 year lifetime. A step above is an understatement. Very professional with insurance etc. Office staff very friendly and welcoming. And had the opportunity to have a proceedure done which other dentist also did. So apples and apples if you will. Far better. I would send my mother here.

This was the most painful dental work I have ever had done. The crown hurt for a month afterwards and I went back to get it redone and it was super painful again. The crown only lasted for two years I called them up they said they would cover the crown falling off—- no charge. They did not give me anything to numb the pain. They scraped off the old cement and put on the old crown. It was one of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced. The doctor and the nurse were yelling at me during the procedure. Then they called me up an hour later and charged me for the procedure. This dental place sucks.

This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. They practice with unethical behavior and a complete disregard for the health and wellness of the patients they see. Please do not use them. My brother is severely disabled and is now suffering because they do not honestly give all of the information about the pricing and the whole process that occurs when completing a dental procedure. He has now been without teeth for 6 weeks and lost 12 pounds because they did not review his medical profile completely and instead of doing the ethically responsible path of letting us know what would be done so we could shop around they did what was in the best interest of their pockets. I currently have submitted a grievance against them and reported them.

The office staff is very nice. However, I had a few fillings done on the right side of my mouth. One of those fillings caused a bottom tooth to be in so much pain when I ate or flossed and I had to have a root canal and crown put on it. I have also been experience the same flossing pain on top where a filling was placed and I am hoping it will go away so that I don't have to go through another root canal/crown placement. In my 30 years of getting fillings or dental work I have never had problems like this. They also did a crown for me which is way too big/bulky and looks really unnatural so I am paying another dental office out of pocket to redo it. I finally decided to switch dental offices when I told the dentist about the pain on the right side of my mouth I couldn't chew at all and he asked me if we could schedule the fillings to be done on the left side of my mouth. I wouldn't recommend.

This was by far the worst dentist I've been to. I was seeking a solution to a genetic issue that would be functional and attractive. My focus was on filling the spaces in my mouth left by a couple of missing secondary teethcongenital defect and dealing with my remaining baby teeth. The staff assured me they could this and would be funtional. I allowed them to pull out my remaining baby teeth to place partials they alos needlessly took out 2 adult teeth!. They failed to show me the partials prior to removing my teeth and I was shocked and disgusted to find out that there were missing teeth on the partials and that they could not fill the spaces due to the limitations of the lab they use. I would have just waited had they told me this prior to the procedure, but they continued to pretend like everything was fine. They billed my insurance $1000 per arch $2000 total for partials/w a metal base the kind you can eat with, but gave me temporary quality plastic garbage that I can buy from Scottsdale dentists for $600 together. The staff told me numerous times that these plastic molded teeth were fine to eat with. I learned from second, dentist to get a second opinion after this place to screwed up my mouth that the partials provided would cause decay if eaten with along with gum issues. My insurance only covers one set of dentures/partials every 5 years-so now I cannot even get the sturdy ones without paying up front. I have filed a formal report of poor quality care and fraudulent insurance charges with my insurance company. Beware of this office! They are NOT cosmetic dentists and really have zero clue what they are doing.
