Once we discovered it thanks to a TV ad of all things, SC41 quickly became our favorite furniture store, even though we live in Monterey County. We've been furnishing our first house, so we've also had a lot of furniture to buy, and we've been proceeding slowly and purchasing nice pieces - mostly from SC41, taking advantage of their occasional sales each April in particular. Lori Hannum is an award-winning interior designer, and she also works at SC41. We've never failed to profit from her good taste and expert advice. They also have an excellent showroom. Highest recommendation!
We ordered a sofa and it was easy. The clerk was knowledgeable and friendly.
Lori was instrumental in helping me and my significant other select the perfect couch and recliner that didn't look like a recliner :. We had very different ideas what we wanted in home furnishings. Lori guided us effortlessly, with a beautiful smile I will add, to fine the perfect furnishings. Buy local! Buy quality!
Finally bought real furniture, no more IKEA TV cabinet and bookshelf. Found the perfect craftsman style painted in the perfect white wash color, and designed to fit in the perfect spot. Thanks Lori and SC41. They look great. I'll post picture later

We were delighted by the professionalism of the sales person delivery people and our beautiful new loveseats. We have bought other items at SC41 and are always pleased.
Sales agent was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like we were getting taken advantage at all. We felt very comfortable buying from SC41. The place was very organized and clean. I would go back again for my next furniture purchase.

Purchased a couch based on a floor model, we just wanted a different color. Two months later it is the wrong couch. Now, we don't have a couch, they couldn't come up with a reasonable discount and we need to start all over again....what a waste of time and how can Toni possibly not be capable of duplicating a floor model? The couch was right there in the window! COMPLETE DISASTER!!
