**AUCTION END TIMES-auctions have an end time that is listed in the auction introduction. It can vary so please make sure to read description. If an auction ends at 10pm the final highest bid with the time stamp of 10pm wins. If there are two bids of the same amount within the final minute, the first bid with said amount wins. If you would like to see the time stamp yourself, just roll your mouse over the note that say the time(ie-2 minutes ago-1 hour ago-30 mintues ago-etc) and leave it there and the time stamp will pop up. That way you dont have to wait for me to call it--you will know! WE DO NOT PLAY GAMES ON THE AUCTIONS--we keep them honest-painfully honest sometimes so if you have an issue with the way an auction is called, or I call it wrong by mistake, just let me know.**
**PAYMENT INFO**- we take paypal at [email protected] - PLEASE NOTE--when sending paypal---before you click the submit button on paypal, please click on PERSONAL where it asks what the money is being sent for. Otherwise paypal charges a 4% fee. In the paypal notes include the following info--your phone number---WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR-the date you prefer to be shipped and the date of the auction win. The more info you give us IN THE PAYPAL NOTES--the easier you make our jobs, and the quicker your product will ship. We also take all major credit cards as well and money orders. SHIPPING AND PICKUPS-We charge a flat shipping charge on auction of $39. This IS NOT per animal. You can win several animals and bank them while you continue to bid. When you are ready to get your loot, you let us know and we will ship ALL your animals to you just $39. We do not currently offer local pick up.
GUARANTEES--We have a 7 day live arrival guarantee on retail animals. All claims are handled with credit. Regular purchase store credit cannot be used on auctions. Would be very hard to keep up with. Auction animals carry the same guarantee however any replacements for auctions will be auction bucks in the amount of the winning bid. Being that auction animals are often unique this seems like the fairest way to handle any loss. We RARELY have any doas or loss, so this is just to clarify in case.
