"Bar and grille with over 35 TVs and the best wings around , we also have a complete menu that’s available til 2am every night .All our food is available for delivery on UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub til 1:45 am including beer and white claw . We have dart boards ,a pool table , keno , sports betting and the up to date golden TWe take reviews very serious and appreciate all of them but we will not tolerate liars who just like to bash a local buisness, we will respond accordingly too each one , thank you"

I ordered here 3 weeks ago and raved about the food but tonight I ordered again for my family and I was very disappointed . The chicken tenders were burnt, hard and dry and the chicken Philly was under cooked and salty. I’m really disappointed because I just knew I was going to enjoy my dinner. **** I initially left a 3 star for the quality of food I received. The person that’s responding to reviews is very unprofessional and need to get training on business adequacy. I drove from Painesville and past many restaurants that I could have gotten better food from and their response was “google doesn’t replace food”. The cook knew exactly what him/her was putting in that box and it wasn’t something they would have ate. How about next time you get a review with something less than a 4 or 5 star, start by saying—— I’m truly sorry this happens and look forward to you allowing us to make it right.
Just left Scalpers and had such a fun night! The food was amazing! Jessica and Courtney did an amazing job bartending! Cant wait to come back soon!Food: 5/5
Just had some drinks with friends. The place was chill. Relaxed atmosphere. Bartender was attentive. Drinks were good. One of my friends ordered some wings. I didn't try them, but everyone else liked them.Food: 5/5

Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else, you won’t miss anything. The food is substandard and nothing sticks out. The service is poor, and the atmosphere is average on a good night. If you want a late night beer and everything is closed, I guess they’re ok then. Just look at the professionalism of the social media manager who responds to negative reviews if you want a reflection of the quality of this bar. Just see the below response
Went in to pee initially. Was turned around because I forgot my ID. When I returned with my identification I was denied services to use just the restroom. When I asked why I was denied service he told me just because. He told me that my license postpartum wasn’t me I took my hood off as required. However the door man was extremely rude. He continued to deny me access stating that he is the owner and can refuse the right to serve me although I’m a 31 y/o attempting to just use the restroom. I will be filing a discriminatory compliant with BBB. Along with leaving reviews on Google of this discriminatory experience.
I go in to place a dinner order. The lady Laura tells me that she’s the only one working and that it would be a few minutes before she would be able to take my order. I said fine, eventually she walks up take the order and tell me 20 minutes. I leave and shop next door at the boutique, go back get the food which wasn’t ready and it was gone for 30 minutes. The order was ready 10 minutes later only for me to get home 25 minutes later and the order to be completely wrong!!!!! I call to discuss the options, was on hold for 30 minutes and 25 seconds. The younger girl asked if I could wait for Laura to come to the phone I say that’s fine. Laura the “manager” gets on the phone with a nasty tone and proceeds to tell me how she know she didn’t get the order wrong I then ask her well how do I have two orders of the exact same wings when in fact I ordered two completely different flavors. She was constantly raising her voice as I am trying to ask her what are my options for you to correct this and she hangs up! I will make sure that this place receives little to no business until Laura is fired!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have created so many wonderful memories here over the last 14+ years. Amazing food. Excellent service. Great selection. Best wings and burgers in town! Stop on by and grab a bite or drink. You won’t be disappointed.
If this was not 2023, I would sware we were not welcomed in this establishment. I am a nurse and live in South Euclid and frequent the many bars and restaurants up and down Mayfield. Me and a coworker went in here for drinks and food. The bartender was cold and inattentive to us no matter what we said it felt like we were bothering her but she seemed to be attentive and personable with the other patrons. The only difference between us and them is that they all were caucasian and we are black. I am hoping this is not the case in this day and age but there is nothing else I can think of. The food was good but if the point was to keep us from coming back. They succeeded. Won't spend my money where I don't feel welcomed. Regarding the response, if asking for a regular clean wine glass is complaining, I'm sorry, and it was everything we asked the entire time not just that. And thanks for the apology. It was great. Instead of being angry at what I said, look into the way you treat ALL patrons. At least we both understand I'm not welcomed, now you have a reason..... I guess. Wow, and this is 2023. I was hoping it was not a race issue, I never considered you were just mean nasty people. After this response , im not sure which one it is. Looks like both.
Second time in this establishment and luckily for me I had the same bar tender as I did last time so I saw some friendly faces. I only had their fries I LOVE Fries but I feel like if their fries are good then they have some good food. They have one pool table but there is a lot of seating. Happy hour ends at seven pm and for taco tuesday they have three types - beef, pork, and chicken. They have walking tacos, that is going to be the next thing I try. This is a cool place to have a party! P.S. they have a touch tunes machine. The prices are decent. *Update, I recently just left out of here because i wasn’t shown any attention or was even acknowledged. I sat at the bar for ten minutes waiting for her to come down and she was having a conversation w/ someone at the end. Then when I finally asked can I get serviced, first she acts like she doesn’t hear me and then proceeded to tell me that she’s going down the line. no one didn’t ask for a drink for about five minutes and for five of those minutes she never said anything, I will not be back here and if I do have to come here I’m not spending any money here! I light way feel some type of way and hopefully it wasn’t no other thing because i was the only one in there because i tip all bartenders, she never even gave me the chance!
