I’ve purchased three items from Scandinavian Designs I’m very satisfied with each one. The delivery crew was very professional during each delivery. I’ll definitely visit Scandinavian Designs first if I’m in the market for new furnishings.
Went in to look at the Stressless chairs. Logan was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She was available when we were ready to make our purchase and kept us up to date on when our chairs would arrive. We would definitely purchase from them again!
Love this furniture store, they have such a great selection and my sales rep spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions and helping me find the right furniture for my new home. Everything came in timely as well. A wonderful selection of New Modern furniture that I couldn't find at another store in the Treasure Valley.
Just had a great experience at Scandinavian Designs in Boise. They have a discount outlet warehouse a block away from their showroom. We were looking at a leather reclining sectional couch and decided to check in the outlet warehouse before pulling the trigger. Much to our surprise, the exact piece was in the outlet warehouse at a 40% discount. We noticed a small imperfection on the back of the corner piece and the salesperson suggested that we go to the new showroom to see if the sofa on display exhibited the same imperfection. While there we happened to talk to the regional GM and he offered to go to the outlet with us to look at the piece to offer his advice. He gave us good advice and also offered another substantial discount for the unit at the outlet. Wanted to write this review as we feel that we got exceptional service by knowledgeable people with a no-pressure atmosphere. Highly recommend the showroom and the outlet warehouse.
We purchased 3 bedroom sets and a dining room set from SD and our experience was great from sales through delivery. Liz and the delivery staff were always very helpful and accommodating!
The Ingrid couch is super comfortable and perfect for our space. I chose the heavenly olive fabric with arms on both ends and paired it with a natural textured rug. I love the look! I’ve had my eye on this couch for years and wish I would have bought it much sooner. It’s truly a lovely timeless piece!
Scandinavian Design in Boise has beautiful, quality furniture at a reasonable price. Helena is great to work with in picking out furniture and she does a great job of communication, letting you know when items are in. In addition, the team who assemble furniture and who deliver it are amazing. They came to our house and built the furniture there in a fast and pleasant manner. Highly recommend.
Wonderful experience with Jenean at the main store on Broadway and Helena and Denese at the Scan Design outlet store. All very welcoming, great information and so, so patient in our decision making process. It's been a number of years since we've shopped at a Dania or Scandanavian Design, but we enjoyed ourselves with all the unique furniture pieces that are laid out in their stores. Their furniture can be so unique as well as some of the vibrant colors. I can't get excited over shopping for furniture, but shopping here is really fun times and these ladies make the experience even more positive! Thank you Jenean, Helena and Denese - corny, but they welcome you in and welcome you back like you're family. Thank you.
Purchased some dining chairs which were on back order for several weeks. The communication was good on my order status and picking up the chairs at my local store was quick and easy. I am also very happy with the chairs.
Bought a great Mid-Century style L shape couch and a gorgeous velvet chair that I just love. The quality is great and the fabric has held up to myself, guests and 3 Mini Schnauzers. So glad to see they are bringing in "Made in America" pieces as well.
