Scarborough Beach State Park

South beach.. not sure if I like Wheeler better? You can surf when lifeguard is off. Didn't like that they let people stake out in the RV area without an RV!!! gets full/traffic fast. Go by 10. But you can use a boogie board. I rent them, and will meet you!! Purrfectrides.

This was a nice place for a group beach day. It was very crowded, this was expected for a holiday weekend. Quite clean beach. Nice at high tide and low tide. The snack bar was simple but decent. Always get a Del's.

Great beach. Ample parking. Busy when it's hot. Quiet early in the morning.

Very nice beach with resources and it was a little cheaper for out of towers. Nice waves for the kiddo to boogie board on.

We had a blast visiting this New England Beach! Easy parking, friendly employees, and a clean restrooms!!!! We cannot wait to visit again! Wait, most importantly, people are very respectful of personal space!!!!!!

Scarborough State Beach in Narragansett Rhode Island is a wonderful beach to visit. Parking for the day will cost $14. The beach is well maintained and very clean. Social Distancing is highly encouraged while visiting. Bathroom and showers are closed at this time mid August due to a water shortage.

This is honestly one of my favorite beaches to visit, any time of the year. Unfortunately, it does get really crowed during the prime hours in the busy season, but I do still feel this beach is worth visiting despite that. I've seen a number of beautiful sunsets at this beach, and I love hiking around the old ruins of the church at the far end of the beach, as well as around the rocky tide pool areas that I typically see relatively few people at, even during the busy season. There is a lot to explore here and I've very much enjoyed my many visits to this lovely beach!

This is a beautiful beach. Both times I visited it was morning and very quiet. Nice long stretch to walk. Medium waves and beautiful, soft sand. A favorite spot for sure. Large parking lot. Off season parking is free.
