Brett at the archery department was extremely knowledgeable. Super appreciative of his help, adjusting my bow, and getting me into the correct accessories for it. Highly recommend picking this dudes Brian if you’re in need of help with hunting, and getting into the right setup.
My recent experience was great. I needed to exchange a few items for a larger size. The items weren't readily available to grab off the shelf, but with staff's assistance, they found the exact items I needed. Very easy process. 10/10 customer service.
Nice shop for all your sporting needs. Employees were nice and friendly. Drove all the way from Wisconsin to get the new Epix Pro 51mm. Well worth the trip.
Came in here to look at new running shoes and mark in the shoe department was already swamped with customer and found a way to give me all the customer service I needed and got me not one but two pairs of amazing shoes! I appreciate him and understanding my needs when it came to price and comfort with my wide fit. I appreciate you mark keep up the good work I'll be back for sure!

I had an issue with some Hoka shoes I bought. I checked with a shoe store that sold Hokas while out of town, and they told me it was normal wear, and neither they nor Hoka would do anything about it. When I got back jn to town, I brought the shoes to Scheel's, and they exchanged them. I won't buy Hoka any linger, but I will continue to shop at Scheel's.
Purchased a fairly expensive watch today for my Fiance and by the time I got to customer service it was gone. The manager was so nice. Looked for it and apologized. They have the best customer service bar-none. ..And yes, the watch was located. ...
They have an abundance of clothing. Love this store, they have employees organizing in every corner so it’s nice to have ppl to ask questions if needed, they have a coffee shop inside, it smells so delicious. The store itself is very clean and updated!
Brett in the bow shop was fast and professional with helping me set up my lever bow. I’m a construction worker with limited knowledge with working on bows. Definitely worth the trip to have somebody with the knowledge and skill set!
Very busy during our visit. Lots of up-ity west Omaha folks that think they own the world. Was run over cut off multiple times by folks who had no idea of how to be polite! The staff that I visited with was very knowledgeable . That made our visit worthwhile.
