We accidentally stumbled upon this wonderful little place today with great service and great food. Our first visit but will definitely return to explore more of the menu items. We were hot and tired and honestly just looking for a place to cool off and grab water and a late light lunch. It always seems to happen that we find the best places when we're not really looking. We both had Po-boys which were fabulous. The homemade spicy chips were a perfect touch. Warning! The hush puppies are addictive! Can't wait to go back for dinner and try some of the chef specials. Almost forgot, the beignets and coffee are off the chain good!
While the restaurant is on the smaller side so it can feel a bit cramped, it makes up for that small detail with the food. Our party of 9 all loved their food. I myself for the grilled chicken, and while I expected it to be on the plainer side, I was surprised at not only the presentation of the food but how delicious it was! I can’t remember the names of all the other dishes my family ordered but our waitresses recommendations were spot on. Do yourself a favor, make sure you also try the beignets and the bread pudding.
Luis was great! Very knowledgeable, excellent attentiveness. Food was delicious. We had broiled sampler and lamb chops with stuffed shrimp. Loved the atmosphereFood: 5/5
The food was great! I visited with family and we both enjoyed it. Customer service is 10/10. It was nice and quiet inside. I had the lamb chops with jambalaya rice and stuffed shrimp the lamb chops are tender, the stuffed shrimp was good it’s stuffed with crab meat, crawfish and peppers. It does have a cheddar taste though. The jambalaya rice tasted a little sweet, i was hoping for more of a Cajun taste. But over all good.
This is our 3rd time here, and it is amazing every time. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is impeccable. They make you feel welcome and taken care of. Wish they had some soft music for a little bit of ambiance, but other than that, it is definitely in the top 3 of our list for restaurants around The Woodlands. Highly recommend the barramundi 2 ways and the white wine risotto with spinach and mushrooms.
My husband brought me here for my birthday. Never been here before and we both love New Orleans style food. It. Was. AMAZING. The staff are great. Our server Luis was phenominal. Incredibly knowledgeable about sverything on the menu. The quality itself? Second to none. We will DEFINITELY be coming back here.
We visited on a busy Saturday night. We did not have reservations but they were able to accommodate us. I chose from the vegetarian menu and after speaking with the chef he told me they could make my dish vegan style. I chose the jambalaya from the vegetarian menu. It was delicious and filling. My husband ate a cup of the seafood gumbo, a house salad and the grilled chicken. He too enjoyed his meal. Great service and we will definitely return. Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian and vegan options.
This place deserves 5 stars. We actually was looking for another place to eat at, but couldn’t find it so we stumbled upon this place and oh my goodness!! Felt a little under dressed as we were shooting our bows all day, but we were welcomed and treated kindly. The Lamb chops were to die for!!! A little bit more on the expensive side, but worth every cent! Will most definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful eating experience.
The bread on this shrimp poboy was perfect. The beans were seasoned well. The appetizer 'zapps' chips were a nice touch and the unsweetened blackberry tea even tasted well. The only downside is the the fried shrimp could have been seasoned a bit more.
Delicious smelling and tasting food. Quiet and Casual atmosphere. Staff was courteous and on point. Anna my waitress was attentive, patient, outstanding and professional. She really made feel welcomed and comfortable. A++ for Anna, top tier! I plan on returning and trying more from the menu. Parking: Parking garage right across the street
