Schlotzsky's in this location has had its ups and downs. Recent updates - paint, newer lights and better cushioned seating certainly help improve the impression. We had the Deluxe Original on sourdough yum! which was enough to share with water and a bag of chips. It was a good experience. They got the order correct which hasn't always been the case in the past.
Regular customer for years. Food is good, service is getting better but one thing that is starting to get iterating is the constant lack of soft drink selections. Constantly out of Coke Zero, Diet Coke, etc. Please implement a long term fix to never run out of soft drink selections.
My bf and I went and ended up having to wait 40 minutes for our sandwiches. The manager there was yelling and berating the one employee that was working the hardest and I felt so bad for him. She refused to help with customer related issues and had an employee go back and forth with her replies to the customer. The lack of leadership, managerial skills, and RESPECT was disgusting. I will not be returning to this location. If this is the kind of person their ok with, yelling and berating people working under her, I want no part of this stores location. Also locking their doors at 1pm long before scheduled operating times posted on the door is a big no no for businesses. If there are problems staying open the full time, you make a sign on the door stating so.

First off I never give 1 star. I'm editing my review from long ago. This place has gone downhill. Soup and sandwiches shouldn't cost this much. Especially sandwiches this sparse on meat. There were no diet drinks at all. Thought they changed it out, but I was wrong. Place was messy despite us being only customers at 1:30 on a Saturday. Couldn't find owner info anywhere. Cinnamon rolls didn't do cinnabon justice. I foresee a closing of this location soon, which is a shame for Springdale.
This location for whatever reason never has salt. I visit this Springdale Arkansas location often and for the past year the staff has been lackluster at best. The front counter staff doesn’t keep an eye on the front register area. Many of the staff are also wearing earbuds headphones limiting them hearing when a new customer comes in, and when taking the orders or questions. Food is ok, but the service is terrible. Presentation is everything too right? This is how my Cinnabon was given to me. ‍
Yummiest sour dough sandwiches ever! I always go with the “Original”. Full of ingredients as seen in picture, and so flavorful. Worth your money!

We received a gift certificate for helping someone. Ordered two sandwiches from this place chips an drink. This was the best sandwich I have ever stuck in my mouth. The meat was so tender an juicy. The bread was like a fresh baked croissant and just the right amount of mayonnaise and the cheese was so juicy also. First sandwich that my wife ordered was ham and turkey and mine was a grilled ham and turkey cheese sourdough and we ordered a cinnamon roll that was delicious and it came to about $30 little pricey but like I said best sandwich I've ever put in my mouth
Ordered 2 sandwiches with lots of extras from bite squad. They left out all the extras from my girlfriend's caprese and added all the things she said not to add. Didn't even put no onions or mayonnaise on the receipt. My bacon grilled cheese was as ordered even though it was a little small for the price.
