Schmidt Law, LLC is an immigration and estate planning law firm located in Columbus, Ohio. I focus my practice on a wide range of immigration services such as citizenship applications, fiancé and student visas, U-Visa petitions, travel documents, Global Entry applications, waivers of inadmissibility, and employment-based immigration cases. In addition to this, I handle estate planning including, but not limited to, revocable living trust and will creation.
I earned my J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law through the accelerated 2-year Juris Doctorate Program. While a student at UD, I completed my externship at Bradley & Associates, an immigration law firm in Dayton, Ohio, and I partook in the UD immigration law clinic. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Paris with a major in International and Comparative Politics and a minor in International Law. I speak fluent Russian and am conversational in Spanish.
