Fantastic experience doesn’t even begin to cover everything I experienced with Schmidt Roofing. From start to finish I received professionalism from Tristan, Logan and the crew who did the work. They were very helpful and patient through the process: answering all of my questions. I never felt like I was a bother or an inconvenience of any type. I had some questions during the final inspection that Tristan was able to answer for me-showed me pictures and explained the work further. I will be recommending Schmidt Roofing to my friends and family. Thank you!!
My experience with Schmidt roofing from start to finish exceeded my expectations. One call and they were out here the next day covering the areas that the shingles blew off in a storm. They worked with the insurance company and the adjuster making sure everything got covered that was damaged. The best thing was the crew was very professional and cleaned the area up of all debris and swept the yard for nails. They arrived at 7am and the job was finished by 4:30, fast and efficient. Very happy with results. Was also happy with working with everyone involved from sales to the people in the office. Verry up front company and would definitely use again.
Schmidt Roofing did a great job with my roof. They met the insurance inspector to explain the work that was required and then they did the job promptly and professionally. It looks fabulous. I would recommend Schmidt to my friends and family.
Very happy with the communication and service that we received throughout the process with Schmidt roofing. Roofing crew were never standing around and always picking up scraps when needed. We had some high winds and the crew were on top of anything blowing around. I would recommend Schmidt roofing to anyone.
Schmidt roofing did an amazing job on all 7 roofs that I needed replaced. The crew was respectful and fast. They completed the majority of the roofs in 5 days. I would definitely recommend Schmidt roofing.
Ben schmidt promised to repair all the ooops that was done.. but my insurance paid him very well and he didn't do things that he was supposed to. We called him numerous times and he promised to fix our siding and window wrap. Insurance paid him too much. Now I call and NO ANSWER. ITS CALLED TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN...THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS ON IT NOW! FAKE

EXCELLENT! I am extremally satisfied with my roof and siding. From start to finish Schmidt roofing has been great. Jeff Haas was always quick to respond to my needs and patient and thorough with my questions as we coordinated everything. I work in the construction and home-services industry myself and this is a company I will keep close for future projects. Their crews were professional, courteous, and just did phenomenal work. They even repaired a loose gutter not listed in the proposal at no extra charge. THANKS JEFF AND CREWS, AND THANKS SCHMIDT ROOFING!
To be honest I did not have a great experience with Schmidt roofing. But I will give them two stars since they finally made my *new* roof water-tight after *only* three years. I went with Schmidt to install a new roof after a hail storm in summer 2020. The local roofer could not get the shingles in the color my wife wanted, so I went with Schmidt, “one of the largest roofers in the state” as they told me. I assume that parts of my negative experience are par for the course for large roofing companies. There were systemic communication problems, between the managers and the crew and between the managers and the customer. For example, the crew forgot to shingle my shed as was in the contract. I had to call them to get them to come back and finish. The crew did not clean up well. I was finding nails and plastic debris for the next couple of years. Again, I assume this is par for the course. But the trouble started when I discovered that my new roof leaked during the winter. Every time I called them they deflected the blame *before* they investigated it its your siding!, you need to remove excess snow from your roof!, etc.. Every time I called the managers to deal with it they assured me that I was “at the top of their list”…for about two years. A couple times they sent a crew to poke around but they didn’t actually accomplish anything. Finally I gave them a bad review on google and they sprang to action. They sent a team to investigate it thoroughly and fix it properly. Sure enough it was the roof, or the improper installation of “shingle tins.” Its unclear to me if Schmidt created the problem or if it was original to the house. But what is clear is that my roof didn’t leak before Schmidt installed the new roof. At this point I have no hard feelings towards Schmidt since they seem to have fixed my new roof, but I feel compelled to give an honest retelling of my experience to make the marketplace more fair.
Shmidt Roofing did an excellent job installing my new roof. The replacement roof was done quickly and they left everything in great condition after clean up. They pay close attention to detail and their work is flawless. Very impressive team of workers! Todd Nelson
