I had the unpleasant experience of having Dr. Schneider as my “orthodontist” during my treatment with Byte. Not only did his apathetic approach cause me more problems, but he actually REFUSED to see me in person at his office. Can you imagine a dentist only doing his work remotely? My teeth became so bad because of his treatment, Byte actually gave me a full refund and told me I should go see a real orthodontist. Stay as far away from this guy as you can. His website doesn’t even mention him being an orthodontist. Yet his name was on every single aligner they mailed to me. Screams fraud to me.

Everybody is so professional and helpful at this clinic. When I called to request an appointment for a regular cleaning, the lady let me know that the next available time slot is in 2 weeks. They put my phone number on a wait list in case of a cancellation. I received a call the next morning for the upcoming appointment the same day, which was a great opportunity to me. Everybody was so friendly, they’ve answered my questions and were so welcoming. Such a pity that I don’t remember the names of the ladies with beautiful smiles that helped me get prepared for the appointment and also took X-ray. Doctor Alejandro and doctor Michael were very welcoming and professional. Besides cleaning, the doctors said that there is nothing else I need to do. I was very surprised to not receive a salesy approach that I’ve experienced from medical specialists at other clinics. It’s such a pleasure when people are interested in long term relationship and earn their reputation. I will definitely return and recommend this office to all my friends.

Excellent doctor and hygienist. Office staff are lovely too. Service is very thorough, very on time, very professional, very friendly. It was everything I expected and more. It was an absolute pleasure getting my teeth cleaned here. This is a very nice, clean, NO BS dental practice that actually deserves its high ratings. I would deduce that their reviews are genuine. It will be my pleasure to return. As for my review, it was not solicited. I'm just a happy patient and I want to make it known. They took care of me and now I'm paying it forward. I appreciate when a business is as honest as these kind folks. They deserve to do well.

I went to Dr. Schneider after a negative experience with another dentist. He thoroughly checked the other dentist's work, listened to my rambling complaints, and fully explained what the other dentist had done and why. In the end he patiently explained that I didn't need any further dental work when I was absolutely expecting to pay for additional repairs. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the other staff were lovely. I highly recommend!

Dr Michael Schneider is a miracle. He job is perfect and really fast. He doesn't waste time and right away he knows exactly what to do with your tooth problems.Wonderful and friendly, kind and professional personality. He puts you in ease with any condition you might have. Every one at his office are extremely friendly and helpful.I have been going to him for more than 10 years never had or witnessed any complains. I would definitely recommend him to any one who is specially perfectionist.

I have a terrible fear of the dentist based on past experiences. I had a dental emergency that forced me back into the dentist and Michael answered my prayers. To say that he made me feel comfortable and at ease is putting it lightly. He was so kind and took the time to listen to my fears and concerns. He is by far the BEST dentist I have encountered. I am so thankful I was able to meet him and that I can now call him my dentist. He was beyond professional and his candor was refreshing. I offer my complete and total confidence in him as a professional to anyone seeking his care. He has earned my highest recommendation and I will be visiting his office again soon. Great, personable dentist

I think I finally found a “hometown dentist” in Dr. Schneider. Dr. Schneider and all the staff I interacted with were warm, professional, and made feel at ease regarding my teeth and treatment. It’s odd to say it, but I’m looking forward to being a patient here for many years to come.
