I shop here mainly when I need to pickup medicine at CVS...or if they have good sales on Mt. Dew. Store is always clean. Decent variety most times. I almost always find something I eat regularly on sale. Most of the time there are enough cashiers. Some visits, not so much. So decent place to shop, especially if you watch the sales and coupons on the app. Usually well staffed but some days it's slow. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. And the stock checking robot is cool.
Love this location typically . But on our last trip we visited the seafood dept . Apparently, we were too early for the associate working seafood. She was uncovering all of the fish . We walked up and asked for 2 pieces of cod. If looks could kill . She had a major attitude. As if we were putting her out . Thought about that all day. Not a pleasant experience.
I grew up in St. Louis, but now I live elsewhere. Anytime I pass through St. Louis, I buy a bunch of Provel cheese. I called ahead and Margaret at the deli had 10 pounds of Provel cheese waiting for me in a box. She was very helpful. The transaction was prompt, and we were back on the road quickly. This was excellent customer service, which, unfortunately, is sometimes difficult to find these days.
Love the idea of Schnucks. Have found this location to be less about service and more about lunch breaks... Produce has also been less than fresh...
Schnucks has always been on top of there customer service for years. But the last few months I've had to bag my own groceries. Per the cashier when I asked why no baggers anymore she said Schnucks let them all go. So I pay $100 more in groceries now per week due to the huge increase in prices, your Cashiers make a crappie $12 an hour and I now have to bag my own groceries. Come on Schnucks you can do much better with your customer service. It's not your staff it's your greed for more money in your pocket.
It's a grocery store stocked with normal foods. Clean, well lit and employees are attentive. One step lower than Diebergs and one step above Walmart.
Went in for chicken wings in the deli and what was in there looked like wings but were strips. Threw them out. Disappointed
My fanorite Schnucks to shop at. Clean, well stocked and never a ling wait to check out.

They Have Many Varieties of Good Foods ... Had Not sent Been here in about. 8 yrs when I lived Nearby ... Was going to a restaurant over by the Mall but they went out of business .. SAD ! ... But This Schnucks Was Still Rockin On .. Right On SCHNUCKS ..
