I contacted the firm regarding a potential medical negligence claim. Lauren Schochor, Esq., thoroughly explained the process and answered my questions. The company obtained my medical records and had them reviewed by the appropriate medical specialist. Ms. Schochor sent monthly updates. Kerry Staton. Called the firm on a Wednesday, the intake person said the would call the next day. They didn’t. We callled Friday. The second intake person put us on hold while they found someone else. The person she had help us had an abrupt and rude manner from the very beginning. She said we didn’t have a malpractice case but a discrimination case. She even said that with an impatient manner. The conversation end there. The least she could have done is referred us to another lawyer like someone had referred us to your law firm I will have to tell our friend not to refer anyone else.

In 2016, I hesitantly entered this firm's offices in Baltimore with a family member. I met first with an intake person who forwarded information to other subject matter experts.About six months later, I met with an attorney who genuinely cared about me and had empathy for me in the situation.  Whether calling the office or visiting the office, every member of the team I interacted with was professional, kind and always helpful. My questions and concerns were always answered and I felt like adequate time was taken with me.
