I am absolutely grateful for this facility and everyone in it. I needed a emergency root canal done in a very short notice. I was able to get an appointment two days after I called. I was in the most pain I have ever felt in my entire life! They got me in, the hygienist are all so sweet and lovely and made sure I felt comfortable the whole procedure. The dentist was efficient and took his time with my procedure but still got it done within a timely manner while having other patients to work on and care for in between. They had helped me out more than anyone has ever! The office is clean and beautiful and all I can say is if you’re thinking of going here… just do it.
The people that work here are they BEST ! They are very attentive, kind and considerate. I've been here many times in the past few months and every time I was treated with respect and kindness. If you're having an issue with something dental, call, they get you in as soon as possible. I really wish I had known about Schoharie Dental long before now. Their facility is amazing, everything from their reception employees, techs, dental hygienist and dentist. Did I mention that the building itself is absolutely gorgeous. They sanitize tables, chairs, counters, everything between clients in their waiting room. The restroom is also very clean. I would highly recommend this practice for people of all ages.
Dr. Elbialy is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever been to! I would HIGHLY recommend going to him for all your dental needs! He pulled 17 teeth and I didn't feel a thing. Excellent bedside manor. Very caring and excellent work. He takes his time and does an awesome job. Signed, Linda Hall
I am very impressed with this dental practice. It is a well appointed facility with up to the minute technology and stringent sanitation practices. Dr. Elbialy showed himself to be a competent and caring dentist when he performed a grueling root canal on my husband. They made a follow-up call after his procedure to check on his well being, which was appreciated. I recommend this dental practice.
Absolutely hands down the best dentist office in the area ! Absolutely worth the drive from the capital region. they care greatly about their patients. I recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. I can't say it enough give them a try YOU WON'T REGRET IT
Had my first appointment today. I was very pleased with all the staff they were all friendly and very professional. I had one of the best cleanings I have ever had. Clean beautiful building was also a plus. Thank you for making my first appointment such a pleasure.
Dr. Fusco is absolutely amazing with children. He did a wonderful job with my 5 year old daughter today as she needed multiple teeth worked on and she needed to be sedated. His whole team worked hard to make sure my daughter was taken care of quickly but efficiently. He talked her through every step of the way. He also checked to make sure I was ok as well, as a parent does stay with the child during the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone I know that has young children!!
Dr. Carl Fusco Is the best. He is the only dentist I would want my girls to go to. I’ve brought my girls to quite a few diff dentist before finding Dr. Fusco! He was the only one who listened to my concerns and was able to help my girls in a way I was comfortable with. He always explains what he needs to do and gives you few different options. Everyone else involved was just as helpful and made the process as seamless as possible. I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience here. I would recommend all my friends and family.
Honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The place is clean and everyone is really nice. I had a root canal I was terrified and Dr. E made sure I felt nothing! I wish I could give more then 5 stars :
Don't let the beautiful building and chandeliers fool you. This place is like a dental factory with terrible customer service. They are definitely about quantity and not quality. My first visit: Quickest cleaning I ever had and they spent more time taking pictures of my mouth to try to sell me invisilign or whatever product they have. They never even asked me if I wanted that done or explained that that was what they were doing. Second visit: Waited about a half hour and finally asked receptionist how long the wait would be. She said hygenist was running latewhich I understand and it would be another 30 minutes. Said I could re-schedule and re-schedule date was 6 months away. It wasn't even my fault. I stayed and after 30 minutes I was put in a dental chair. Waited another 15 minutes without someone acknowledging me. Got up and left and signed a release for my records to be sent to my original dentist. It is about 2 months now and my dentist still hasn't received those records despite a crazy amount of phone calls by myself and speaking to 2 different people, and having my dentist's office call. And when I went back to my original dentist I probably had the most amount of tartar that I ever have had. Probably from the quickie cleaning I received at Schohare Dental.
