Very poor customer service from Rebecca. I like the Schrader's but shocked at the employees customer service. Just switched to Ferrellgas.
What a breath of fresh air to deal with a company like Schrader's!! An actual person answers the phone. They even call you back if needed. No more transfers to the third party answering services where messages get lost , calls are not returned and cancelling an order just doesn't happen. Everyone we have had contact with is delightful!!! We are definitely hooked on this company and you should be too.
Schrader Propane is the best propane service in the Yampa Valley, hands down. They’ve serviced my bar in Oak Creek for years promptly and with excellent rates. When we unexpectedly ran out recently, Clay personally filled up a truck and drove it up to Oak Creek on a Sunday evening - and was here an hour after I called him. Nobody else provides that quality of service. If you’re looking for propane, look no further than Schrader, truly.
I switched from ferral gas and could Not be more excited. The customer service of the whole team, starting off with Rebecca to Clay has been an incredible experience. Rebecca took her time to explain the entire process from billing, gas fill ups, and safety test which is FREE! They are reliable and LOCAL! Even the guy who did my first fill up took the time to decide which fill up option would be best for me and keep me on budget! So sorry I forgot his name Thank you!!
We recently signed a lease on a house that has propane for nearly everything in the home. I had a bit of anxiety about it, as I didn’t know anything about managing a propane tank. I called around to multiple companies and Schrader Propane was my choice! After speaking with Rebecca the office manager, who answered all of my questions and then some I knew they were the company for us. Rebecca was amazing! She definitely sold us on Schrader Propane, coupled with it being a local company and the fact that they don’t add any extra charges ie hazmat or delivery fees. Clay was fantastic too! He came out and did the safety inspection and walked my husband through some things that we were unfamiliar with.
