Beautiful flowers that last nicely. I received a beautiful anniversary arrangement and 5 days later it’s not even wilting. The roses and lilies are gorgeous and very fresh!
Tried for the first time. I'm by the customer service, gave me a discount on the roses that was Friday, it is now Thursday and the flowers still look good. They also sell some interesting quilts and cloth. Will be back.
I ordered flowers I live out of town but wanted to shop local to send to my daughter and was disappointed in the arrangement. I called and spoke to Bill the owner and he was very understanding. He sent a new arrangement to her which was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I want to thank him for listening to my concerns and going all out to make it right. I will use Schrader’s Florist again
The shop inside looks nothing like the pictures on website. Very disappointing. Display cooler was empty. Maybe 9 silk arrangements in shop. 4 of them were the same flowers and design. The dish gardens of green plants were on the floor...Dont waste your time stopping here. As a flower shop, it leaves alot to be desired. Look elsewhere if you want creativity. What I saw, I wouldn't carry out of the shop !
Did my daughter wedding flowers over the top service and quality of workmenship. The flowers meet all the bride desires and a great price point. A win win ! I have been using them for my family flower needs for years. The new bride addition to your family took my recommendation and they lived up to my hype.
Well Done Schrader’s!!! I needed a “small” bouquet of flowers sent to a friend at at personal care home for her 90th birthday. Was not impressed by the prices I found online so I called Schrader’s ... gave Bill my price range and asked him to make it aromatic as my friend doesn’t see very well. The beautiful “huge” bouquet arrived and I was told her room smelled like a greenhouse! Thanks Schrader’s!!
Wonderful flower shop that truly cares about its customers. Many great experiences... today they took a late order for my mom when she ended up in the hospital the day before Mother's Day, even though they were already swamped. On her 80th birthday the arrangement they made of 80 flowers was outstanding. My Mom loved how big it was, and we were all surprised by how much there was for the eye to take in with 80 flowers. The basket was simply beautiful.
My brothers sent me a flower arrangement on my 65th birthday. By the second day the 19 small roses died. I called and left a message saying the roses had died. I did not get a call back. I then called the next day. I spoke with someone that told me roses do not last long. We all realize that cut flower arrangements do not last forever, but courteous and responsible customer service should last much longer than the flowers.
Just got off the phone with Deana, and to say the least she went above and beyond to assist me. I called other florist in the area, because they were listed first and they were not receptive to what I needed in the least bit. Deana was nice, receptive, and her customer service accumen was amazing. If you need any flowers etc in Johnstown, Pennsylvania Schrader Florist & Greenhouse will take Great care of you!
