Great Employees, great company... horrible employers. Management has no control of themselves and no grasp of basic plant operations. Over 50 people lost their job there during my employment. The write up system is flawed and the pier review system is worse. I have notified corporate HR about the shady setup. Aside from being short staffed and overworked, you'll also be expected to roll over and accept every form of corrective action known to man, even if it wasn't your fault. I would not recommend any friend to work here. The management team will pretend to be all about the employees until they have to take responsibility for their failings, then they will quickly pass blame down the foodchain. Trust me when I say, if you are hourly here..you are just a cog and you are very expendable no matter your tenure. If you're looking to work at schreiber...try monett. I hear they are a much better managed plant. P.S. I have been told since by corporate HR that they would welcome me to apply again. I have applied again 11 times and my application has been immediately rejected by them. Edit: it's now 2021 and the HR who promised me I was eligible to work their again, refuses to hire me despite my extensive experience.
Poor management, very flawed attendance policy, poor equipment, poor maintenance crews. If you can make it to the 5 year mark you're golden but that's a big if. I'd recommend people go elsewhere before going to this place.
This place is a cheese factory , making cheese for McDonald's , Arby's , super markets . Is not open to public for individual sales that I know of. Billions of dollars made every year. Are very one sided on there full time employment choices .
Seems to be a neat, certainly diverse place to work for ample pay and equally fair benefits.
