I love tge service. They fit me and put the shoe on my foot and tie it. Cool. Affordable when compared to quality. Authentic and real leather. Great foot support. Their shoes last forever! I won't buy dress shoes any where else. In the past, I bought a pair of Clark's back in Nov of 2015. I wore them a lot! Almost daily. They later me until May 2022. Photo shoes old shoe and my new shoe. Keep in mind my old shoe is nearly 8 years old and was still comfortable.
Extremely knowledgeable and supportive sales staff. Wide selection of every type of boot walking shoe clog dress shoes. My feet have felt the best in years with the best designed walking shoe. I cannot stress enough how helpful knowledgeable, compassionate and courteous my sales rep was. My physician recommended Schuler shoes. I will definitely go there again next time I need another pair. Sales woman was more interested in picking at her nails than in acknowledging my presence. I was there specifically to buy 2 pairs of shoes, hoping for a recommendation for a 3rd pair to purchase. Good job loosing $300+ in sales.
Best place for shoes in St. Cloud! I wear a hard size to find & need shoes for walking/standing all day at work. They ALWAYS either have what I need on hand or order it & it arrives in 3 days or less. Knowledgeable employees are great, too.
The customer service is great. They will take the time to help you find the right fit. They will let you look without pressure if that's what you want to do. Excellent selection of brands.
I went into the store to purchase a pair of Hoka or Vionic shoes, both of which are relatively expensive shoes. I was with my daughter and 2 grandchildren who were well behaved. We were completely ignored by the sales staff so we left. I will take my business elsewhere.

Kaylee helped me! I came into the store with Post tibial tendinitis! Tear that supports my arch Kaylee was so nice and wonderful. She really wanted to get me in a stable supportive shoe! She even asked an older gentleman employee to help so she was sure to get me the correct pair of supportive shoes. Both were so helpful to me. Thanks so so much! You were a joy to work with Kaylee!
This was a wonderful store! As a consequence of my physical disability my feet are small and slightly misshapen, which can make it difficult to find shoes that will comfortably fit my feet. The associates at the store were wonderful at one point I had three different people trying to help find a shoe that would best work for me. In the end, I ended up getting a wonderful pair of shoes that will work for me for the next couple years. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonderful selection and some of the best service I've ever experienced.
