In February and March I made an effort to get quotes from different agency's for auto and home owner's insurance. I drove to Schwartz Insurance and found their office closed to the public because of COVID. I was looking for an agency locally, since I moved from Oregon to Michigan three years ago, I was frustrated and done with having to try and get answers from the agency I was assigned upon moving, somewhere in California. It was always the robot calls, I wanted to talk to a person about questions I had and would find myself in the automated call loops. Long story short, it took them eight days to respond to my online request. It resulted in no quote and that they couldn't do better than what I had with Safeco - which was puzzling, because I never shared my premiums with them. My husband and I have clean driving records, so we were puzzled that we got no quote at all. I'm curious why they couldn't even give us a quote.
Jeff has been my insurance agent for 20+ years. I have always received a great response form everyone that has worked there no matter what the question was. They always have taken the time to sit down and explain my options and have always given me helpful advice. I have always highly recommended them.

I called for a quote today and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Was not friendly. First thing I said was hey I’m looking quote. Why not just get right into it. Like hey glad you called let’s get to it
