Score Therapy is VERY accommodating. When I was first injured, I could not drive and therefore had to miss an appointment and push back a few others. I never experienced an issue with the front desk or my physical therapist - they were always kind and ready to help me out. To add to that, when I first started to come here, I was on medical then changed over to another insurance and there was absolutely no difference in how I was treated. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming, which is very important during recovery. My therapist, Marjorie, is exceptional at her job and always made me feel better after our sessions. I could not recommend Score Physical Therapy more!
In my 62yrs. I've never broken a bone until this Oct. when I broke my arm..After a month, I was finally referred to Score for PT. Of course I asked friends if they knew of Score and no one did and told me of another place to go...Well, when I called Score and spoke with Angela at the front desk, I knew I was at the best place..It's been a tough month and her kindness and concern meant everything... I was assigned to Marge for PT and so happy with her bedside manner. She is friendly, very concerned w/how I was feeling and very patient but most of all so professional yet not stuffy... i was iced by Matt at the end of my PT who was just as kind and ended my first session as happy and satisfied as when I made my appointment. I will highly recommend Score to anyone..Thanks to all the wonderful Staff-Trina
The best physical therapy place in town!!!! I have had back pain for a long time and have received treatment in multiple different places but none of them were even close to score physical therapy. They are all very nice and welcoming and eventually I started to feel like I was apart of the family. If your looking to get excellent treatment, great customer servses, and a new place to call home I 100% recommend Score Physical Therapy.
Matt and staff have done a excellent job in treatment of my post op recovery from Surgeries. I have been here more then once before and had same experience where staff is right there to guide you and teach you new ways of dealing w/ our bodies. You have to "learn" how to treat our bodies the right way. I have been to several other PT's over the year's and got little if any relief. I highly recommend SCORE for your Physical Therapy needs. Thanks to all !
I HAVE MADE A ADDENDUM TO THIS review at the bottom .Please take a moment to read this. If any of you have similar problems,reach out to us. I called their office to let them know that, due to traffic, I was going to be 2 minutes later than they wanted me there but my wife, as she was coming too, would fill out their paperwork. They canceled my appointment. When I asked to speak to a manager, they said she wasn’t available. I waited until the next day but when I called them from my number, they wouldn’t even answer my call. But when I called from another number, they answered right a way. When I did speak to the manager, she was rude & totally not of any help. As I’m a disabled Vet, the amount paid is not as high as others, I can only assume that they only want patients who pay more! If ur a Vet of any type, I would recommend going somewhere else as they do not treat vets with any respect here. This is a follow up review. They made a report with the police that I had called them "dozens of times", including from blocked numbers after I first posted this review! I told the officer that: I didn't do that! I called them twice that they answered their phone, and once when it simply went to voice mail. Furthermore I have much better and more important things to do than to waste my time on such a petty problem. As I told the officer, there are ways to prove such phone calls, such as a serving a subpoena requesting their phone records as needed for a court case. I’m quite sure the officer knows this. But having been in the legal profession for decades I felt it necessary to state my case.If u look at other reviews, u will find other similar problems. And I’m sure that many people simply don’t write a review after they've had a problem. But people should really take the time to not only read reviews but also to post them for others to read! And their offer on Google to contact them is is ridiculous, after they’ve already told the police that they don’t want me contacting them. We will be suing this company as, in my opinion, they filed a false police report as they have no proof to back up their false allegations. also to be clear I don’t know why that says Mark Alan my name is jay alan
Dont be late!!!! If you are the secretary at the front desk will treat you like you're in first grade. I have never been shamed so much in my life for being late. Life happens. My phone stopped holding a charge 2 hours before my appointment so I was unable to access my calendar to see what time my appointment was and for some reason I thought it was at 3 pm but it was actually 2:30. I was also unable to access google maps to see how long it would take me to actually get there with traffic data. Yes. I made a mistake, it happens! The secretary rudely scalded me due to my lateness MULTIPLE times once was enough. After reminding her MULTIPLE times that I was having technical difficulties but that didn't matter to her because she proceeded to argue with me suggesting that "there are other phone options" which in my opinion was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had no other phone options, I live far away from a pay phone and only have a cell phone so I'm not sure what other options I could have utilized. She had a very negative energy and I could feel it from the minute I walked in. Matt and the PT staff were excellent and very positive but I couldnt be treated properly because I was so tense and anxious because the secretary was so unprofessional and stress inducing. Her rude disposition is not conducive to healing and I will not be seeking further treatment at Score.
Herniated disc between L3 and L4, I thought that nothing but Surgery was going to get me on my feet again, But I was wrong. After only 3 visits to Score I was able to stop taking all of the pain killers. I now know that I will be able to continue on with life with out going under the Knife. THANK YOU ! To Matt and all of the staff at Score.
SCORE PT has been awesome--I have worked with a variety of their PTs during my knee surgery recovery, and they are all top notch. I couldn't recommend SCORE more!
I cannot believe the update on the last review! That a company didn’t like this guys review and called the police to try to get him to remove it. I definitely will not be using this company for my PT.
Only gave it 5 stars because there wasn't an option for more . All the personnel from the front desk to the therapists have been extremely professional and supportive . Highly recommended .
