The price for my son's jacket went from $169.95 when I made the deposit to $287.38 total when I went to pick up the jacket. The 2-3 weeks quoted turned into a month and half. Also, the patches were sewn in the wrong places. I simply want a complete refund due to fact that I was lied too about the price, the length of time and the failure of the lady to follow directions. But I was told that I would not get a refund, but they would move the patches. Well, you can’t change the fact that it is now Spring and this has gone on since January. Also, other families have been waiting on their student's jacket only to found out that the lady had went on vacation. In my opinion – stay way and find another place for letterman jackets.
We use Sports Warehouse several times a year mostly for T-Shirts in our youth programs. They have been efficient in completing our orders and have helped fill last minute orders several times. Good Service!
