Accessible, friendly, clean, happy. This gym is really the perfect setting and a neighborhood gem. Family owned and staff friendly, makes it a good neighborhood place to feel welcome. It's not to big and not too small with plenty of natural light. The space is uplifting and at least for me, has all all the weights and equipment for a good complete workout. The music is not to overbearing and usually just right for an uplifting mood and not an assault. There are also exercise classes and yoga, so there is something for everyone. The membership is really reasonable. Really grateful for what you have created. If your looking to workout and not get bamboozled by too much, but just enough, this is just the perfect gym.

Cannot beat the price. This gym has everything you need to get a good workout done. For example a free weight squat rack!
I call this place my sanctuary. It's where I've lost almost 60 pounds! It's clean and well equipped, with friendly people staff and members. They've helped make fitness a lifestyle for me.
This was by far the cleanest gym I had ever been to. The staff's keen attention to maintaining their facility was remarkable. The staff were all kind and jovial. Membership was very cheap! Minor issues with certain regulars circuiting through and hogging multiple machines at a time for single sets each, but that had nothing to do with the gym itself. Sadly, I moved out of state last month and I have yet to find a suitable replacement for the Elkins Park Fitness 19.
Solid small gym with VERY reasonable prices. A $13 monthly membership is tough to beat and this place delivers. Full disclosure: probably the smallest gym I’ve ever been in. Kind of a quirky set up in a shopping plaza, but the space is definitely more than adequate for a workout. It’s literally one room, with a separate room for classes downstairs. I’ve been frequenting around noon-3pm and have not seen it very crowded yet. I hope that continues. Staff has been nice as well.
**I have yet to visit the gym** I found the gym on Instagram. I had questions after going to the website, so I called Fitness19 in Elkins Park. I had the pleasure of speaking with Marquis. He took the time to explain each level of membership, describe the classes, and even help me figure out if my insurance or HSA could cover membership. He provided excellent customer service. Marquis went above and beyond to help me. I can’t wait to come see the gym, and join.
This is a great gym, especially for the price. Clean and it has all the equipment you could need, plus super friendly and helpful staff!!
I've been a member at this gym for about 2 weeks. I also have a membership at LA fitness /planet fitness. I am equal distance to LA fitness to Fitness 19 and much closer to planet fitness. Since joining this gym I haven't went to my two other gyms yet. I've been working out at this gym for the past 10 days. What more do I need to say
