Kitty is an actual angel. She was with my brother and I every step of the way and helped us tremendously to honor my father the best we could. She treated us with such kindness and compassion and really helped during this overwhelming time in our lives. I am very pleased with this business and cannot recommend Scott’s enough.

When I die my people will not be dealing with this establishment. Complete contempt and a condescending nature. I literally just called about my father's death certificate and was hung up on because of the messenger or whomever didn't like how I was articulating the situation. No vulgarities or threats not anything that can be denoted as rude lol. Icing on an already bad cake God forgive these people

House of Scott has prepared my Grandmother, Father, and Sister. They have always given my family the utmost respect in dealing with these difficult times. Coretta and Mother Kitty was AWESOME in taking CARE of all of My Family Members that was entrusted to them..they Worked Closely And Compassionately to make sure that all my needs were met they also worked with my Budget which was VERY IMPORTANT!! Nice caring family, you can't compare this Family Business to the other big franchise Funeral Homes in the area. I was afraid of my family being taken advantage of while we were grieving our lose, still can't wrap my head on the small bill we got, which was less than half of what the big establishment was asking. Customer service was top notch we did not feel ignored.

I can't thank Scott Funeral Home enough for their grace and patience during a very trying time. My grandmother passed right at the beginning of quarantine, making it hard to take care of things as needed, especially with family in another country. Through the whole process they never missed a beat and were always understanding and helpful. Kindest and most caring people I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Thank you so much for everything.

I am so greatful for the service provided for my Mother's furneral. I received absolute high quality customer service.I believe they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran peaceful and smooth, during the viewing and the furneral. I was impressed by how beautiful the scenery was, and by how beautiful they made my mother look in her casket. It honestly made it easier for me to look at her.
