Scott High School

I went to school here. The staff is racist. The coaches do not want the stars of the teams to be a non Caucasian child. Especially when the non Caucasian child/children are obviously the best players. The coach will hold that non Caucasian child/children back so a Caucasian child/children looks to be the better player. If your child is non Caucasian, please do not send your children here. This school, the staff and coaches will oppress your childrens' talent. They will treat your children bad and allow the other children to treat your children bad. Just watch the boys and girls basketball games freshman through Varsity. You can see the racism and the non Caucasian children being treated unfairly. This is why scott high school will never win state championship!!

I graduated in 2011. I don't know how it is now but when I was there, there were some teachers there that showed extreme favoritism. Also, they focused more on athletics than education which made no sense seeing as how they lost almost every football game and every other basketball game. Meanwhile half the computers in the computer lab had mouses that wouldn't work, the monitors would freeze, etc. I was suspended once so was my best-friend because we were very late to our 5th class and our Art teacher reported us as skipping class. When Coach Carr found us we gave him the notes we had from the guidance counselor but we were still given a 2 day suspension. Which made no f'ing sense. .. .

I went here hated it my son is in 1st grade an he plays football for Taylor mill Eagles we come to Scott on game days for the field an it is so nice an well maintained. Go EAGLES we also had fun at the homecoming parade!!

I currently attend this school and overall it's horrible. 5 classes a day and a trimester set up is far too confusing, and as a student who would be taking all AP classes their junior and senior year, I could only get 5 in per year. On a semester set up I could get 7 per year which is far superior. This school offers a pathetic amount of AP to begin with even though they have some teachers with the credentials to teach it. The principal of the school is far to worried about dual credit which is inferior to AP in terms of an academic challenge. He has actively pushed towards the dissolving of AP which is a dangerous move when one compares Scott to schools in the Tri-state. In conclusion: a terrible layout of schedualing has cost me a German class 2 terms, and lack of AP will have me and others bored at the end of high school. We do not want "dual credit", we want a more challenging and larger selection of AP classes. Sincerely, X.M.

This school sucks ass they don’t do anything about bullying. The teacher play favorites! Please don’t send your kids here. The worrying about the sports. The kids are bad and the teacher don’t teach!

worst experience ever, teachers could care less where the kids are. you see kids leaving to smoke a cig every half and hour or just leaving school permantatly. its a hassel everyday
