People are starting realize that the healthcare system in America does not work. The population is getting sicker and sicker every year. Autoimmune diseases, cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc are starting to become “the norm” in today’s society. Since the healthcare system cannot be relied on, people have been starting to take health into their own hands.
My name is Scott Mitchell and I am a Chiropractic Intern at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. As a chiropractic intern I specialize in analyzing the body as a connected dynamic organism, detecting dysfunctions, and applying the proper treatment to create optimal health. I focus on removing interference through gentle and specific chiropractic adjustments to allow the nervous system to function at a higher frequency. The nervous system is comprised of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves that run throughout the entire body. The brain and body connection is vital for all healing processes. Your body’s ability to heal is the essence of health. The more capable you are of healing, the healthier your brain, body, and spirit will be.
Along with chiropractic adjustments, I also specialize in other aspect of health. I teach my patients how to make lifestyle ‘adjustments’ in their diet, physical activity, exposure to less toxins, and most importantly, how they think.
