Civil Rights Reinstatement Consulting
In 2012, I helped my brother Scott regain his civil rights. This was a process somewhat unknown to us until I did some research. We set out reading and filling out forms, eventually going to the clerk of the court and finally filing an application. The process was confusing and frustrating. Scott got his rights back about six months later and this started me thinking that there are probably others like him who would like a clean slate and a chance to prove themselves. Maybe they would like someone to help with the process!
My opportunity came about a year later when Jeff called, asking for ‘Scott’s Sister’. Jeff was in a similar boat as Scott, and with an interview and a few forms, we were working on getting his rights back as well.
I want to help people regain their civil rights, specifically the right to vote, the right to own/carry a gun, and the right to hold public office, by assisting in the process of having felony convictions ‘set aside’.
