My apartment complex has very small mailboxes for tenants and the postman doesn't do door delivery. This is totally understandable given the number of apartments there are in my area. The folks at the post office are always so helpful in helping me locate my packages, even though their job is stressful. Thank you!
This location will throw your packages away without trying to forward them to the correct address. I changed my address on 1/10/23, a package was attempted to be delivered on 1/13/23, they threw my package away on 1/20/23. The worker said "well it sounds like someone put it in the wrong box in the back" without a care or concern that this package was thrown away for no reason. They clearly had it in the system that my address had been changed and made no effort to get it there.
The counter staff lady was so rude, I tried to ignore it maybe she had a bad day. But she didn’t pay attention on the packages are different addresses she send all my packages to the same place.
Customer service needs a lot of work. If you don't like assisting, listening or even talking to people, you probably shouldn't be working at a place where you deal with customers on a daily basis. The two ladies working today were pretty rude. You could clearly tell the customers didn't know the rules on sending a proper package, customer apologizes for the inconvenience. Staff kept on with the complaint. Other lady was just straight mean. "Why cant you look that up yourself? Big sigh now we have to go to a different computer to get the tracking information!" Glad this isn't my regular USPS.
Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot call this post office. You can spend 5-10 minutes getting through their lengthy automated phone answering service, but all options lead to nothing. You cannot call for help.
One sticky thing is not the same as the other here at the USPS!! Bring tape or you will have to buy it there because it’s a valuable commodity at USPS! They will only give a sticky label which is less valuable apparently as those are free!! Ridiculous … bizarre, random price gouging business practices that make NO sense but bring them dollars!
Ever Since the USPS got involved in delivering packages they have never dropped it off at our apartment. Every other delivery service either leaves it at our door or in our leasing office. It appears as if they don't even attempt to deliver it. Instead they bring the packages straight to the post office where I have to drive down to and wait in long lines with other irritated customers. Update: I have come here many times after the first review and decided to update. I started selling on eBay, and the staff here were all friendly and efficient. They gave me tips on shipping and made the process easy. Kudos to the staff inside for being awesome and helpful.
Bis post office with two kiosks which you can pretty much do everything at and the kiosks are available 24/7.
Nothing to write about here. It's a post office... You go in, stand in line, pay for your postage and then leave.
The mailmen are rude and lie. They always state “no one was home and left a notice” problem is I work from home and have full view of my front door. I’m home at the time of delivery and no one shows up nor leaves a notice.
