Parents Beware - book your kid’s birthday party at Conquer Ninja Gym or North Valley Gymnastics instead. I have attended birthday parties at all three locations and would never choose Scottsdale Gymnastics again. When booking, I was never informed of their ridiculous policy, preventing all parents, including the birthday parent from watching the party up close and taking pictures and videos. Had I known, I never would have booked. It’s a total bait and switch. Ten other parents were shocked along with myself and my husband. When I asked to speak to a manager/owner, I was put on the phone with the most aggressive, accusatory, and disrespectful person I’ve ever dealt with in a customer service situation. Instead of simply apologizing for the fact that I was never informed, she was verbally attacking me claiming that I signed waivers and agreed to everything. All of which is besides the point. The waivers are signed long after my credit card was run. Too late for me to change the plan! Then, in person, she was extremely rude once again. Zero customer service. Besides the main issue, the party was more than disappointing. Less than one hour of play time. The whole group couldn’t believe it was over. The party was supposed to be Ninja and Parkour. They literally did parkour for 5 minutes and did not do any jumping. Why did you make the kids wear shoes? You didn’t actually do any parkour. I was unable to see any of the joy on my daughter’s sweet 7 year old face. She was so far away. There’s little to no pictures and videos. Kids grow so quickly, and I feel like I was robbed of her 7th birthday. Both NVG and Conquer have much longer actual play times, plus they allow the birthday parent to be a part of their kids experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Book elsewhere.

Very caring staff. Always remember your children & how they like to be taught. My daughter would only go into her Trampoline class “lil poppers” if she got to hold the instructors clip board to feel like she was in charge. They totally let her do it EVERY time! Thanks SGT!

The ladies that work there were very nice on the phone and in person. Gave me great information, walked me through registering my kid online, great pricing. Huge space for the kids to play and have a lot of fun. Clean, safe, has cubbies for your shoes and belongings. Close to great places to go eat after with your kiddos. I will definitely will be bring my kiddo back.

My daughter has been taking gymnastics here for several years. She is currently in the Xcel program, after a much needed change in direction/coaching earlier this year, it is a wonderful program. She looks forward to it every day and her skills have been progressing. Coach Sophia is warm, funny, and has helped to instill a great work ethic in her athletes. We've been very happy with the health and safety precautions they have taken during the last 6 months and feel very safe there. I'm a little disappointed in the communication. We got an email last week that classes were cancelled indefinitely with only a few hours notice before that day's class. In the week since they suddenly closed, we haven't had any follow up from the team or office regarding any plans to reopen or any explanation regarding the closure. We all have to be flexible during this strange time, but transparency and communication are always welcome. We hope they reopen soon!

We had our daughter in their competitive gymnastics and two other girls started bullying her. We complained so they made us move to a different class. Not one month later they moved the two bullies into her class creating another hostile environment for our daughter. After complaining again they require that we move again. After explaining to them that their problem bullies should move they kicked us out. I hope you read this and find another gym for your children so they can have a safe gymnastics experience.

I have been going to the adult gymnastics class and absolutely enjoy every minute. It's a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. I'm so impressed with the coaches. They welcome all ages and skill levels. Don't be intimidated to sign up!

I meet all the right criteria but they never want to interview me. They seem to hire very specifically. Based off gender or something. After reading other reviews I can see why. This owner has no communication skills and gives no respect to his clients. I was told he "has no customer service" very sad. I hope to one day take your postilion and give these kids/parents what they deserve. Thats right watch out youre not the only one in this business. Treat people right karma isnt always nice!
