renting a storage there currently they call me everyday about a balance they created and then refused to give me owners information so that I can resolve my account status since the cashier has no idea how to remove the overage caused by me not paying the 9$ insurance fee which I already paid on the previous unit It was supposed to be switched over to new unit but was not causing an overage on the account he then tells me that he cant confirm that they will refund me if I just went ahead and paid the extra so I am now locked out of my unit over something He did not do smh!!! I wish I could give no stars!!!!

Best storage place I’ve rented from by far. I’ve moved a lot in my early adult years and haven’t ever found a storage location that was quite like this one. Super helpful when I had issues with my card and they were able to work with me on anything I needed. They kept me informed of changes and any disturbances they received. Always kind and wonderful people to work with. I wasn’t able to clean my unit when I left and they were so kind to handle it for me and finalize my move out remotely! Whenever I need storage again, I will be back!

I am in the second year renting this facility and it's been a great experience. Sarah has been very helpful especially when I forgot my entry code and had to reset it after hours. This has happened twice but she has always remained professional. Good communication always from customer service.

Moved out of my unit and the next month noticed my bank account was still being charged! It's been 4 weeks since I was first told my refund was in process. Have called twice a week only to find out that my request hadn't even been processed as of today! This place is scam. Their pictures are just copy and pasted from the internet. They units are horrible and the place is ratchet. The girls at the front counter are nice but whoever owns this place is a scam artist! Beware! Beware! Beware!

Profesional, understanding, clean! I was late twice and they were willing to wave the late fee because I let them know what was going on. Great, sweet lady behind the counter! They are updating for a safer way in and out. Would rent again!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They over charged me EVERY SINGLE MONTH.....My $42.00 storage, was never under $65.00...Not to mention, the roads within the storage unit, have damaging potholes, severely unlevel and broken roads....IN addition, to having broke down vehicles!!! The manager is rarely on site, and is not competent when she is!!! IF you value you things and your vehicles do NOT do business here!!!

This place padlocked my mother in their facility five minutes prior to them closing. They have cameras on every aisle, so there shouldn’t have been any reason that they didn’t know she was on property. My mother and stepfather left plenty of messages on their phone, but they haven’t returned any calls. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Look elsewhere when searching for a storage facility.

It is a good place to keep your stuff. It is secure and easy to acess when needed. Staff is friendly and super helpful if there is and issue. Recomended to my friends and family.

Nice people very helpful. Any questions I had she got back to me right away. I would rent another unit from them in the future.

The experience I have is great very nice and explain everything very well recommended this place for everyone if they need a storage and it's open 24 hours that's what I want in a storage.
