These dentists are amazing.. I went to a different dentist. I had to leave them because of something that should not have been done.. I went to these dentists they are so nice. Everyone in the office is wonderful .. I am so happy with them!!
I have been going to Scranton Primary for over 20 years now! I started with Dr Mirza who is great in my opinion And then Dr Singh took over my care a while back! I adore Dr Singh she is always attentive to my needs and wants, helps me get the proper care I need and is always respectful and concerned for my health! I do not know about the staff issues I read about, the staff is always kind and courteous to me when I arrive or call the clinic! Yes, some days maybe they are short with an answer but, being a former fast food manager I can understand the stress they sometimes are under! But, I have never been mistreated by any staff member at this clinic!! I gave 4, stars because on occasion the wait times are a bit long waiting for the staff to get you in the back or even waiting on the doctor! BUT at the same time I do understand good quality care does take a good doctor time with their patients.
Never had a issue until recently. The assistant dug the suction so hard on my gum line that I had a big red/white spot on my gums and was extremely sore. My gum line hurt more than where the tooth was extracted.... Other than that they did make me feel comfortable and were also helpful. I forgive you girl just don't do it to the next person cause ouch
Really tired of this office. I’ve gave them multiple chances and everyone is so rude. Nurse does not have a good attitude at all really annoyed that I have to find another doctors office at this point because I’ve came here since I was a small child so it’s a shame that I have to go. At this point I have no choice
Absolutely horrible. I went to the obgyn complaining about immense pain I have never felt before and the new dr they have was absolutely terrible. They wouldn’t even examine me they told me all of my pain could be a bunch of serious diagnosis but they’d rather just say it’s pms cramps, I have never felt this pain before and she literally was gaslighting me telling me the pain isn’t as bad as I’m saying and treating me like I was stupid and had no knowledge of my own body during pms. It was insulting and I left crying. The dr also would not provide a drs note, I asked for one because the pain was so bad I couldn’t move and I couldn’t walk to make it to work. She denied a drs note saying because she’s assuming it’s just pms cramps they don’t want to write drs notes for those. I told them I would lose my job if I wasn’t provided one and they said that isn’t their problem. This appointment was a waste of my time and only lined their pockets by incorrectly billing my insurance. They billed for an annual when the dr didn’t even examine me and now I can’t even go anywhere else to get my annual bc it won’t be covered. This place is a scam. Please please do not go here the ppl are terrible and they do not care for any patients at all. The most selfish drs I’ve ever met.
The spanish lady who is in front desk who sits next to signing sheet was very rude and helpless. I wanted to get billing information and pay the bills but lady was not friendly instead she was very ignorant and showing her attitude and helpess.......I know I could select opt 6 for billing office but previous reviews arent good as well 3 months back. We had appointnent so I would rather get info in person instead of over the phone waiting for hrs... If i could i would give less than 0 star for this.
Kind and compassionate. Hygienist Pam goes out of her way to help you! Highly recommend them!
I met with Kari, CRNP, yesterday and she is amazing. I had an appointment at 1pm and was seen promptly. She is attentive and you can tell she actually cares about her patients and getting to the bottom of problems. I appreciate how she made me feel comfortable and that she was a very good listener and easy to talk to.
I went in today for a dental emergency and was seen the same day. I seen Dr Shaffer who was pleasant and caring. She stated I needed a Root Canal, sooner rather then later. She said I will be placed on a Sliding scale. They provided me with a form. I went the the front desk, and filled out the paperwork the lady looked at it, and said you have no income I explained no I do not, and she was very rude and said well I can't get you back in till August 27, 2019 and still wanted $60.00 even though I told her I had no income. I called the director and spoke to Joseph and he said it was not acceptable and said he will take care of it and get me a sooner apt, which he did for Thursday June 20, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. I am appreciated of that, now all I need to do is get the $60.00 for the apt. But I wanted to make everyone aware of how the front desk is if you have no income and can't pay even though they have a sign that says they will not turn you away for inability to pay. Overall despite the front desk woman and my income issue with her, it was a good experience and hope that my tooth issue is taken care of next week. This is my reply to the owners response, I was forced to reschedule my Appt, due to lack of funds, even though it is clearly printed on the wall no one will be turned away due to inability to pay or insurance. they want $60.00 which I do not have, as I have no income. There sliding scale says the most you pay if you fall into the poverty guidelines which I clearly do is $30.00 they demand $60.00 now I have to wait till July 17, 2019 to see the Dr. again hopefully I have the funds by then.
i called today and the first guy was really nice but whoever the lady was that he transferred me to was sooo rude. i felt so uncomfortable & judged when speaking to her, she made me feel like i was insane. she said to call her back but i never will with her nasty attitude. and i bet is the same lady all these other reviews are talking about too. i will find somewhere else to go.
