Ordered a customized shirt for my business. Last I heard from them they supposedly got covid the next day or so after I ordered it, they called me and asked me to email them with the design and details, I did as you can see in the photos at the email address THEY PROVIDED. And I have heard absofuckinglutly positively nothing since. I understand that people have emergencies and other unforseen things happen, but they are definitely not running a proper business. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. As you can clearly see, this all took place originally 4 1/2 months ago. I demand a 300% refund.
I had 3 towels I needed embroidered for my nephews and they had them finished 4 days early-just in time for Christmas. I also had a misspelling that they fixed in about 20 mins my mistake, not theirs. They were helpful, friendly, and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them.
Went in for Letter Jacket fitting and they were very friendly and helpful. They have everything you could ever want or need with Junction City High School apparel.

Unprofessional and very chaotic in the shop. We ordered something on a Tuesday and was supposed to be ready Friday. I call Friday and they said looks like it wont be ready till Monday. I call Monday morning and they told me to pick it up in the afternoon. I get there and it is done incorrectly. They told me it would be ready Tuesday and they would deliver it. Its now Wednesday and I have to call THEM and they say oh yeah its ready come pick it up.... Why didn't they call and deliver it Tuesday like they said they would? Open communication goes a LONG WAY.
Every employee in there is extremely friendly and helpful to you so you gain the most reasonable expense for your item. They are very fast and can get you taken care of in a last minute item! I love this place and can do almost anything that you need done!!!
Mary is absolutely amazing! If she doesn't have it, she can find it! Also, she takes the time to learn her customers names. That special extra is why I won't go anywhere else. I love Screen Machine Sports
Since the shop was sold to new owners the service is slow and the costs have doubled and I will not go back to them again
