A really cool space for artists. They have 3 yearly markets that I love to attend, even just to look. Worth it! Be warned that there are a lot of stairs and our friends with mobility issues may struggle.
Wonderful event space. Perfect for hosting the marriage vows and reception for 250 people. Very memorable.
Beautiful venue to host a wedding. I do weddings pretty much every weekend and this is for sure becoming one of my favorite places to be. We did the lighting in the pictures below. I also included a couple without the heavy lighting.
Charming venue, especially with the industrial feel it had. Also, guests loved the antique car that was on display. But several of our guests had trouble finding the parking lot and entrance. More signage is recommended sooner while driving on Athens. Also, this hall is located on the second floor, with quite a few steps in between. The elevator didn't work at our event, leaving the wedding party and some of our older wedding guests stranded outside in the 0° temps until we were able to figure out another solution. The father of the groom, who us disabled, actually went home because he couldn't find an accessible way to enter. Communication was poor on the day of the ceremony. For the price we paid, even off-season, this should not have been an issue. At all. Also, at the very least, table linens should have been included in the price. We should not have to rent linens, especially when there were hundreds of linens hanging in the storage room. Regardless, happy memories were still made. We just don't want other folks to experience what we did.
What a cool venue to work in as a photographer. Rustic feel, well done decor inside. I would say though, the wedding I photographed today has a pretty large guest list and the space felt a little cramped for dancing. Tables and catering space seemed fine, just a little tight in the middle where the dance floor was setup.
I love going to the art shows they have here. Always come out with some awesome local artists pieces.
A different local shopping experience in a warehouse. Seek and find unique gifts, art and jewlery. it every year it something new. Just do it
Visited event because my daughter was a vendor. Interesting use of a former manufacturing building with some space for permanent Crafters to work on their products year round. 12/17/22 update: There are many nooks and crannies to explore. The recent Holiday event draws many outside vendors and large crowds

There are artists who rent most of the building in individual studios. They hold seasonal shows where artists open their studios and visiting artists set up booths.
