It was my first time buying scrubs for my new job, I was intimidated but Linda was super helpful and made everything so easy for me as well. She gave me the full run-down of what was the best picks and just overall gave me the best experience possible. Linda made the whole experience a 5-star, and I will definitely be coming back!

These ladies are amazing! Wonderful selection, even some clearance items, plus they provide coupon codes. Fitting rooms were a major help for me as I'm new to the scrub scene, and ignore the review complaining about bathrooms being open. First of all, many small retail shops like that typically don't have public restrooms as it is, secondly, it's not like they made the rule nor did they have any say in enforcing it. Give them a break!
Had to run in when in Ann Arbor for a CE course. The older lady was very antagonistic and upset that I only purchased one pair of scrubs for the day. Actually stated “Why did you come in here if you were going to buy so little?” Very poor customer service experience.
Nancy and Linda were so incredibly helpful when trying to locate a set of scrubs in the most recent catalogue It was like trying to find a unicorn but they did it!! They went above and beyond-OUTSTANDING customer service!! In this day and age, the personal service is really appreciated. Thank you, ladies-you deserve high praise!

This is my thing with Life Uniform on Washtenaw Ave. They rarely have the sizes I need. When I questioned the manager, she said she could look for them in their stock in back, kind of stupid, if you're out of a size it should be brought out to the sales floor, I shouldn't have to ask for a petite flare-leg size medium. The sizes available all were mismatched, either the top size right or the bottom size right. I personally like a matching scrub color. This was the same issue with the men's scrubs too. They had either size small or xxxl, nothing in between, and different sizes varying in the colors, all mismatched. You cold find a xl top in hunter green but no xl pants in the same color. So, their stocking crew could do much better with that. The other thing that disappoints me is their hours! Open until only 6????? Don't they know health care employees work insane schedules It seems I can never get there and when I do their selection is disappointing and I end up spending an hour in that tiny store trying to mash-up scrubs.
The personnel was friendly & efficient! Signed me up for rewards quickly! I found just what I needed on the clearance rack!
