Scrubby's Coin Laundry

I went there for change. The gentleman who was there rudely said no to me. He kept repeating it is for immediate customer. I even said I am coming back for laundry he was still same rude. I even offered him the 10% he has written on the board for charge. He didn’t took that and ask me to leave. I am moving in this area. Sorry but in pursuit of immediate customer you have just lost a customer.

They have powerful machines, moderately helpful staff and generally clean environment. One thing that you have to watch out for is the constant rise in their prices. It seems like they raise their prices every 3 to 4 months. They not only jack up their prices but also tweak their machines to give you less time at a higher cost making you pay exponentially more than what you'd expect.

It was good but wait a little more time to get what I needed.

I love doing my laundry here, and have been going for over a year. This place is always clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The dryers only take a long time if you over-stuff them. When you bother to read and actually follow the posted instructions, your clothes will be dry in 30min or less, and you pay in 5min increments.

I've been going to Scrubby's for ten years. They have a convenient coin change machine, washroom, single to 4-load machines makes washing fast, and next to Shoppers and a grocery store so you can shop while you wait. There is an expert seamstress who does big and little jobs. Very friendly. No problems in my ten years.

Worst customer service ever. I walked in asking the owner if he can exchange cash for coins so I can use HIS services, and he replies “no” without even looking at me..I thought maybe he thought I was asking him for money, so I repeated my question again, and the same rude, disrespectful answer, so I just walked out and left. This guy needs to learn manners cause it’s very important.

I go to this laundry mat all the time. The owners are friendly and keep the place clean. I have no problem getting in and out quickly. The machines work efficiently, so you don’t have to worry about whether your clothes are being washed properly or being destroyed.

I have used this laundrymat for years. The person complaining in the post must of been dreaming. The owner is one of the most pleasant business owners I have ever met in the past 40 years. He keeps the place clean and I have never seen any roaches. The owner took out his guitar and sang songs for the customers. Sure the dryers are costly but at least your items get dried. I would go back again.

This place is super clean. The owner is supporting customers in various ways--change coins, explaing how to do coin laundry. He is so kind and has very high expectation of "cleaning"
