I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of scrubs offered. Anna was amazing! She brought me several different styles and was patient as well as helpful. My shopping experience at LaBella was top notch!

I used to buy scrubs from their Naperville location and loved the store. I bought a white coat for embroidery almost 1 month ago. I was told I would receive a text message when my order was complete however, there has been no word. I’ve tried calling with no answer and the mailbox full. I’m really disappointed with the service and likely will not do business with them again.

I am completely impressed and pleased with my quick and painless shopping experience.  Russ immediately greeted me, asked me what I needed and proceeded to give me 8 options in the color, style and size that I requested.  I then tried on the pants and picked out the perfect pair.  He only had one in the store but ordered me 2 more pairs to be picked up in 2 weeks plus **BONUS** I got 20% off!!  I was in and out of the store in exactly 30 minutes!!!  I will definitely be recommending Scrubs Etc to all of my co workers.

I have truly never met such nice employees, not even at a scrub store, but at any store than the 3 employees that I have met now a couple of times coming here. I wish I knew their names, and if I find them out I’ll add them.  My boyfriend and I will gladly take the 45min - 1hr trip it takes to get to their store to give them business rather than go to multiple stores near us.  The store has good options for sizes and if they don’t have a size in, they will gladly order it for you. I usually have a hard time finding small tall/medium tall pants, but I am always in luck at this store.  As long as they’re in business, I will gladly be their customer!!!

This store has a ton of scrubs, all super practical and nice but also cute, different, and stylish, if that’s what you want! Prices were good and there was a good selection of scrubs at 50% off! I was also able to take advantage of 35% off for medical professionals which means a lot, especially during this time. The store was clean, organized, and the 2 people working while I was there were very kind. I hope to be back in the Lombard area - I will visit again!! Thank you :

When I walked in, immediately the environment was so warm and welcoming. Was greeted by Ryan who was so kind and patient as to help me look for certain colors for my job. The whole staff made me feel comfortable like family and they were all very professional with every question I had. I appreciate all their hard work during this pandemic. I live quite a distance away and I surely will be coming back just to see everyone's friendly faces again! Don't listen to any of the negative reviews, Russ, Ryan, Kim and everyone else goes out of their way to make sure everyone is treated with kindness and helped in any way possible. Ordered embroidered lab coats for our provider in October 3 months ago. We have yet to receive them or an update. Have tried calling and their mailbox is full and no response from the "Contact Us" page on their website either. I will be looking for another vendor now.

I dropped off two clothing items and bought another item to be embroidered on January 6, 2022. I called and left multiple VMs along with an email, and I never got a response. Their answering message said they were closed from 1/14 until further notice d/t COVID but now the mailbox is full, and Google says the store is closed permanently. I paid $65 and have not received my belongings. This is beyond frustrating, and I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

I’m impressed with attention that the clerks provide to the customer. Especially Anna she was very helpful and patient throughout my shopping experience.

I love the prices and scrubs they offer but last time I went they made me and others very uncomfortable. We felt like they were keeping a closer than normal eye on us, so we didn’t end up purchasing anything and left the store. We weren’t able to look around without having one particular woman behind us at all time, no matter where we were in the store. This behavior is not okay. Please be more cautious and do better.
