Our vision is to build youth partnerships
SCYLA (St. Cloud Youth Leadership Academy) is part of the St. Cloud Police Department's Youth Initiative Program. It is modeled after the original Michigan Youth Leadership Academy. It's primary purpose is to offer support, build relationships, and mentor youth in the St. Cloud and great St. Cloud area. SCYLA begins with a one-week camp and continues afterward with regular gatherings and contacts between SCYLA's participants and the police officers involved in the program.
