Community Fitness is designed to meet the diverse needs of all. We offer an indoor pool, indoor track, 3 full size gym courts, cardio and weight training equipment, a 35 foot rock wall, and over 45 group exercise classes a week.
Group exercise programs include, but are not limited to; Pilates, Yoga, INSANITY, Core de Force, SilverSneakers, PiYo, Water Aerobics, and Spinning.
Individual programming, such as fitness evaluations, nutrition, and weight control are offered to students and community members.
